Ikem Chude started his movie career behind the camera in Nollywood (Nigerian Film Industry) as a personal assistant to a Nollywood veteran actor, writer, producer and Director Hon Ifeanyi Azodo.
Then he also became a production assistant in Amaco movie company/studio in Nigeria West Africa, where he was versatile working also as a camera assistant, light man, sound man, script writer. script supervisor/continuity and editor assistant in Amaco studio within 3 years.
Demand from few acting roles he acted behind the camera forced him into full time acting and he became an instant success before health challenges tried to stop him.
In 2016, he relocated to Brooklyn New York after the passing of his late mother and later studied Film Making at BRIC ARTS & MEDIA in 2019/2020
