She is fluent in English, French and Italian.

In the movie Call Me Sandy, her character "Sandy" is in every scene of the movie.

In November 2008 she visited the troupes in Afganistan with other Canadian celebrities and athletes.

She graduated high-school in 1999.

She played alongside Darin Brooks in Piss Test (2010) on Spike TV.

In 2007 she launched a single titled "Feel", a remake of Robbie Williams song "Feel". The song was remixed by Canadian DJ MC Mario and hit #2 on the club mix countdown on Mix 96 radio (Virgin Radio).

Following her success on the hit show Loft Story (Québec) (2003) in Canada, she was approached with a book deal. The book was published in May 2008 and is titled "Elisabetta: Journal intime d'une lofteuse".

In 2006, she sold her first painting on eBay for $8,000. She gave it all to the MIRA Foundation.

Besides her acting she is also known as a painter.

As a child she lived in a village in south Italy called Macchiagodena for 4 years.
