Harley graduated from Desert Mountain High School in Arizona. He attended UCLA and AADA in California.

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah and lived in Cincinnati, Ohio until he was 10 then moved with his family to Scottsdale, AZ where he grew up. At 18 he moved to LA, California.

Harley played in the National Broadway Tour and on the Broadway stage at the Nederlander Theatre as Mark Cohen in the smash hit RENT from 2007 through 2009.

Harley can be seen in multiple commercials on t.v. such as CarMax and Budweiser to name a couple.

He is the youngest of three with two older sisters. Harley has 2 nephews and 1 niece.

Harley married Jayme Lake in September of 2012.

Harley and his band have performed with and opened for such artists as Laurence Juber, James Otto, Wilson Phillips, Marc Broussard, Eddie Money, Rick Springfield, American Idol winner Kris Allen and Jana Kramer just to name a few.

Harley is an avid sports enthusiast never missing a Phoenix SUNS game. He loves to play golf, bowl, surf, and pickup basketball.

Harley is a musician and has released 3 full length albums and an Ep. One of Broadway hits called "Between 41st and 53rd", and two solo albums entitled "Without Wax" and "Lifted Me From Lonely" and an Ep titled "I Am Harley Jay.".
