- Harley graduated from Desert Mountain High School in Arizona. He attended UCLA and AADA in California.
- Born in Salt Lake City, Utah and lived in Cincinnati, Ohio until he was 10 then moved with his family to Scottsdale, AZ where he grew up. At 18 he moved to LA, California.
- Harley played in the National Broadway Tour and on the Broadway stage at the Nederlander Theatre as Mark Cohen in the smash hit RENT from 2007 through 2009.
