Sony Pictures has given Jay Lee's Zombie Strippers an official April 18 theatrical release for the film that stars Robert Englund, Jenna Jameson, Roxy Saint, Joey Medina, Shamron Moore, Penny Drake, Jennifer Holland and John Hawkes.
