Biography

    • Based in Toronto, Drew has been acting since 2001. He has had scripted roles on the CTV/CBS/ION series Flashpoint in 2009 ("Behind the Blue Line") and 2011 ("Priority of Life"); and the CTV/The-N series Whistler ("Family Ties") in 2007. In addition, Drew has also done background work for The Space Between film (2015), Flashpoint (2009-2010), the Showtime/Showcase series Queer as Folk (2001-2005), and for the Lifetime TV movie Crossing The Line (2002).

      Drew was the color commentator for University of Maine hockey television broadcasts on Maine Public Broadcast Network in 1983. He performed the same role for 3 years (1983-86) for University of Maine hockey radio broadcasts on WABI-AM (Bangor, Maine) with play-by-play announcer Gary Thorne - now the play-by-play announcer for Baltimore Orioles games and ESPN Radio's Sunday Night Baseball.

      Drew has been a member of ACTRA Toronto since 2007.

      A native of Kingston, Ontario, Drew grew up in both Canada and the United States and holds dual-citizenship. He is a 1979 graduate of Syracuse University (Syracuse, NY).
