James Boddy is a New Zealand writer and director. His daughter, Catherine Boddy, is a fashion designer who won New Zealand Young Designer of the Year and has designed clothing for numerous high profile international musicians and entertainers.
James graduated from New Zealand Broadcasting School in 2001 and worked his way through writing, directing, shooting and editing some of New Zealand's most well known commercials, music videos, television series, films and award winning documentaries.
He is currently writing and directing a television series in Ireland and is married to a fellow New Zealand actor Julia Vahry.
