Jimmy Carter was born on June 29th 1965 in Portland, Oregon. He grew up
in the neighborhood of Dever Conner, Oregon, with one younger brother.
He went on to graduate from West Albany High School in Albany, Oregon.
It wasn't until the year 1997, when he started his acting career in an industrial film for "Palm Harbor Homes". He started aggressively pursuing his career by taking his first acting class in 2006. Within one year, he acted in 23 films, 4 TV commercials and was the lead dentist in a national industrial training video. He trained under the tutelage of Karen LaVoie and now David Livingston. This is where Jimmy developed his Sanford Meisner training.
