- Togba Norris began his career in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis-St. Paul) as a stage actor and Hip Hop dancer, working with Youth Performance Company, Children's Theatre, Mixed Blood Theatre, Illusion Theatre, and Guthrie Theatre under the direction of Broadway's Bartlett Sher, Joe Dowling, and Sari Ketter. He's played a principal roles in playwright Femi Osofisun's and Guthrie Theatre's production of "Many Colors Make the Thunder-King'', and two season of "A Christmas Carol", landing him on a short list of young actors to work with in Minnesota while there.
Togba has appeared in numerous regional and national commercials, industrial videos, and print ads for Best Buy, Coca-Cola, Great Clips, Houlihan's and Old Chicago Restaurant brands, The Learning Company, Wilsons Leather, Dayton Hudson/ Marshall Field's, Target, Mervyn's, Wells Fargo, and Northwest Airlines.
He relocated to LA in 2003 and NYC in 2018, has continued pursuing theatre with the Boston Court Theatre in Pasadena under the direction of Darin Anthony and with Noah Wylie's Blank Theatre Company in Hollywood.
Togba has since branched into Indy filmmaking and Episodic TV with a growing resume of credits including season 1 of Peacock network's "Pokerface", written and directed by creators Rian Johnson and Natasha Lyonne, alongside Tim Russ, Luis Guzman, Cherry Jones, and Nick Nolte.
