Joe Dustin
Joe Dustin was born and raised on a farm community in Oregon to a Native American father and French Mother. Becoming exposed to theatrical arts at the age of 8, Joe immediately developed an outlandish imagination and witty sense of humor, thanks to the influences of the local thespians. With love for entertainment, he began performing in local plays which exposed his talents to family, friends, and neighbors who encouraged him to further himself in the arts. Teenage years would introduce sports, but never clouded his dedication to the stage as he split his time to do both. By his senior year in high school, Joe was a three sport letterer in football, wrestling, and tennis as well as a full-time thespian traveling to perform children's theatre and studying advanced theatrical arts at two classes a day. After high school, he furthered his education in college where film/theater courses took over toward a degree in the Arts. 2 years later, his education in the field officially began and his career was born into the film industry. The first big break came when he was cast as a featured role in Sean Penn's "Into the Wild". though the scene was cut for time purposes, Mr. Penn personally qualified Joe to become a Screen Actors Guild Member. From then on, he would experience television and commercial work, while remaining active in Portland's independent film market. With his outward easy-going manner coupled with talent, Joe proves to be a predominant up and comer. bringing to the table a charming mixture of sophistication and simplicity in whatever he does. Whether it be drawing in family, or trending in a fashionable nightclub with strangers, his classic-mellowing charisma and infectious attitude has made appeal to the young and old alike.
