Anna Roussou(1900-1983)

Anna Roussou was a Greek character actress known for her long career on stage and in film. She began performing in the early 20th century and joined Kyveli's theatrical troupe in 1919, later appearing with the Marika Kotopouli company in operettas and contemporary Greek theater. She was a member of Christos Efthimiou's troupe for over a decade, where she stood out in roles from both Greek and international repertory, including works by Dimitris Psathas and Molière. In cinema, she worked with director Mihail M. Mihail in the early years of Greek film. From 1950, she frequently collaborated with Vasilis Logothetidis in both theater and film.
