Biography

Ângelo Rodrigues lives in Portugal and Brazil, where he has regular projects. he's an actor and director, known by his roles as protagonist in Un oeil indiscret (2023) Netflix, Golpe de Sorte (2019) Rosa Fogo (2011) nominated for an Emmy award. he began his career in 2002 and had his first contact with theater at the age of 15, in high school. where, he wrote, staged and starred his first shows and has a degree in theater. he was on stage in classics like "Prometheus in Chains" by Aeschylus and "the Seagull" by Antón Chekhov, among others. in 2014, while graduating in theater, he gave theatre classes to inmates in the Bangu penitentiary complex, west zone of Rio, Brazil and in 2022, he lived in a temple in Nepal, where he taught English to children between the ages of 7 and 18 and also, was part of the elephant valley project. where he helped taking care of elderly elephants, that where victims of abuses during their lives, and give them back the experience of the jungle life.
