Amy Losi

Amy Losi is an actor, director, and playwright based in New York City. She has acted in ninety plays, in both lead and supporting roles. She has also appeared in commercials, TV shows (Anthony Bourdain's "No Reservations," "Celebrity Ghost Stories," and "Evil Lives Here: The Killer Speaks"), web and independent film projects, and a long-running sketch comedy show at the Broadway Comedy Club. Her plays have been selected for fifteen festivals, and won eight awards. Her Zoom comedy "Don't Stand Up!" won the 2020 Spirit of the Hartford Fringe Festival award. She won "Best Female Screenwriter" (Cutting Room International Short Film Festival) and "Best Female Centre Film" (Philadelphia World Film Festival) for the filmed version of her play, "No Fall My Hand." Her full-length plays premiered at Theater for the New City (2022) and American Theatre of Actors (2023) in NYC. She can be seen in the upcoming film, "Frank and Edna Take on Le Mans."
