Vasilis Afentakis was a Greek actor and operetta performer active in the early to mid-20th century. He collaborated regularly with the "Greek Operetta" company of I. Papaioannou and took part in notable productions such as Eisler's Prince's Love (1911) and works by Greek composers like Spyridon Samaras (The Princess of Sason) and Dionysis Lavragas (White Hair). During the 1910s and 1920s, he was a prominent presence at the Papaioannou Theatre, appearing in operettas such as The Bride of Syntagma, Boy or Girl?, and The Comedians, alongside performers like Melpomeni Kolyva and Spyros Miliadis. Later in his career, Afentakis transitioned to film, with appearances in Maria Pentagiotissa (1929), Oi apahides ton Athinon (1930), O methystakas (1950), La Fausse Livre d'or (1955), and Dollaria kai oneira (1956), among others. He remained active in both stage and cinema for several decades.
