Steven is an American actor and Producer. Raised in Burbank, California. He served 9 years in the United States Marine Corps. Steven spent the next 30 years working for the United States government.
Working for the Department of State in our Embassies and Consulates worldwide. His work afforded him the opportunity to live and travel around the globe. His first acting break came in 1991 while living/working in Berlin, Germany when he was cast in a film alongside Sir Anthony Hopkins (The Innocent.)
Upon his retirement, Steven was able to pursue his first dream, Acting, and Filmmaking.
Steven is a member of SAG-AFTRA and " Veterans of Media & Entertainment"
Steven is the founder and owner of Rutledge Productions.
When he is not performing, Steven makes Independent films and supports others in achieving their goals.
Having attended numerous training programs, Steven continues his ongoing education by attending workshops and seminars led by industry professionals in his pursuit of learning the ever-changing business. When not performing, Steven successfully finds the time to enjoy his hobby of role-playing games like Dungeon and Dragons, Pathfinder, and Starfinder to name a few. He loves to watch films. He has a special interest in behind-the-scenes work. Filmmaking is a team effort. He enjoys learning the full craft of making films.
