WWE Actually Recreated a 16-Year-Old Segment at WWE Clash in Paris and Nobody Noticed
Image
The main event of WWE Clash in Paris was not just memorable for Becky Lynch costing Cm Punk the World Heavyweight Championship, but also because it recreated an iconic moment from Survivor Series 2009. The moment that is being referred to here is from the Triple Threat Match featuring John Cena, Shawn Michaels, and Triple H.

During the beginning of the match, ‘The Heartbreak Kid’ knocked out his buddy Hunter, leaving ‘The Cenation Leader’ shocked. A similar incident happened last night at the PPV, when Cm Punk dropped Jey Uso with a kick of his own. This left Seth Rollins shocked and LA Knight stunned, recreating one of the most-watched clips of all time.
