Repped by UTA agency, Randy is an accomplished creative executive producer and filmmaker with a proven track record of producing and selling premium, global non-fiction content across film, television and commercial entertainment.

She was the show-runner for Vice TV's highest rated show "Hamilton's Pharmacopeia," helping re-imagine the series from its original digital format and creating fourteen new episodes for an international TV audience. She then went on to executive produce "Golden" a TV series featuring Olympic gold medalist Sunisa Lee for LeBron James' SpringHill Company and Peacock streaming. "Golden" was nominated for Outstanding Documentary Series for the 2022 Sports Emmys. In 2024 she directed a three part comedic branded docu-series for MilkPEP that premiered on New York Magazine's The Cut.

She has leveraged her expertise to develop a slate of projects and IP for various partners including Jigsaw Productions, The New York Times, Refinery29, Vice, Apple, Jennifer Venditti, Condé Nast, Mailchimp, Dove and BDG studios. In 2024-2025 she is developing a feature film with Union Editorial, a docu-series with Wavelength Studios and an international narrative-documentary series hybrid with Crystal Moselle.

On the feature documentary side, she launched her career in the mid aughts by developing, directing, producing and selling Indie documentaries. She made "Off the Grid: Life on the Mesa" which was sold to The Sundance Channel and nominated for a Gotham Award; "Broken Heart Land" which was a co-production with ITVS/ PBS, and "Growing Up Coy", which was sold to Netflix. The films have screened at over 50 leading film festivals worldwide, won 8 best documentary prizes and have been screened at the MoMA and Lincoln Center.

She has written and received grants from PBS, ITVS, Sundance Institute, NYSCA, Tribeca Film Institute, Schwab Charitable Trust, Colin Higgins Foundation and the Fledgling Fund. She is a Tribeca All Access and IFP lab alumna and was chosen as a Gotham Episodic Lab Leader.

Randy is always open to new challenges and vibrant collaborations. Her work is playfully intellectual and infinitely curious. She celebrates the extraordinary diversity in humanity and embraces her eye for sharp, cinematic storytelling.
