Award-winning actor, comedian, and creator Aaron Merke first cut his teeth in improv comedy under the late Del Close at IO in Chicago. His work in comedy led to working at the Second City Toronto, Much Music's Top-rated show Video on Trial, as well as his own show called LOL on Much Music. Aaron's work in Film has earned him an ACTRA award for his work as an actor. During his early work in film and TV, Aaron started teaching himself how to create make-up FX as he was fascinated by people playing dual characters- like his comedy heroes Peter Sellers, Eddie Murphy and Mike Myers. Aaron has become well known for his creative pursuits in monster makeup FX. Aaron has pushed the boundaries of creativity with each task he takes on. He's become an exemplary figure whose mission is to equip anyone with the necessary tools both practically and mentally in order to make their creative dreams come true.
