Ryszard Kapuscinski was born on 4 March 1932 in Pinsk, Poleskie, Poland [now Pinsk, Belarus]. He was a writer, known for Arena (1975), Another Day of Life (2018) and Stiff (2017). He was married to Alicja Mielczarek. He died on 22 January 2007 in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland.
