Pablo Aura Langer has been breathing acting and directing ever since he was a child. Brought up in a family of actors and directors, he started out his creative journey by directing over 10 short films, some of which have premiered in different film festivals in Mexico and Europe.
Pablo studied music at the Trinity College of London and majored in Film Directing at the ECAM film school in Madrid, Spain.
Upon graduating, he entered the industry as a television and commercial director where he has been involved in over 30 episodic TV chapters and dozens of commercials, including one that was awarded the Cannes Silver Lion in 2012.
In 2018, he wrote and directed his first feature film, INFLUENCIA, which was awarded the FIDECINE grant by the Mexican Institute of Cinema. The film has been awarded over a dozen times in different festivals around the globe. Including awards as Best Film and Best Director.
Aura Langer moved to Los Angeles in 2019 and has since directed a documentary film about the classic alternative rock Jane's Addiction released on Amazon Prime.
