Joanne Chew

Joanne Chew is a San Francisco native who is also an award winning abstract painter, avid runner, and kick-boxing enthusiast. Acting credits include Shameless (2011), Au bout de la nuit (2008), and Une grossesse manipulée (2018). Joanne was thrilled to receive her first Best Actress in a Dramedy nomination for her role as Maggie in Three Chen Sisters (2017) at Asia Web Awards 2019 (2019). She has exhibited her art work at almost thirty different exhibitions across Los Angeles. Even in the most difficult of times, she believes the key to getting through it is to focus on being of service, and finding the joy and humor in the everyday bits of life.
