Rolando Raimjanov was born in Mozdok (Russia) in 1973. During his
career he has successfully combined his two big passions: performing
and the world of martial arts. In 1992, Rolando became a member of the
Five Sides of Light School in Daguestan, where he studied the
philosophy of martial arts. At the same time he practised
Ushu-Santildeda (Kung Fu) - Aikido, Tai Chi, boxing and wrestling,
improving his skills with different asiatic war weapons such as
nunchacos, swords, sticks, etc. That same year, Rolando won the
category of stick fighting in a championship celebrated between several
Russian Republics. Since 1994 he has opened several martial arts
schools. In Spain, Rolando continues his training as an actor, started
in Russia, and he specialized in action cinema. He joined the Colegi de
Teatre de Barcelona (2000) and since then he has been working with
different local stuntman teams (Ignacio Alvares, Miquel Pedrosa,
Pascual López).
