Biography

Ftesa Hazrolli was born in Prizren, Kosovo during the tumultuous period of the Yugoslav war. From an early age, her passion for acting was evident, and by the age of 15, she had already begun performing in theater. Her talent and dedication earned her a full scholarship in 2015 to study at the prestigious Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pristina, where she honed her craft and made her debut in several popular Kosovan TV sitcoms, including "Police 192," "Schengen Viza," and "Egjeli."

In 2024, Ftesa also starred in the short film "Blind Date," showcasing her versatility as an actress.

Ftesa's academic journey continued with a Master's degree in Theater Directing in Istanbul, Turkey, where she graduated top of her class. Her career took a significant leap in 2024 when she was cast in the leading role of Lena in the Turkish film "Döngü," a performance that further solidified her status as a rising star in the industry.

As a producer, Ftesa's first film, "LCV (Lütfen Cevap Veriniz)," achieved critical acclaim and won numerous international awards, marking her successful entry into film production.

In addition to her acting career, Ftesa is the CEO and Founder of FilmStation, a groundbreaking production and distribution company based in Istanbul. FilmStation is the first and only company from Kosovo to distribute films worldwide, earning numerous international awards and making a profound impact on both the Kosovan and Turkish film industries.

Ftesa's achievements extend beyond acting and business. She is the first Albanian artist to win the prestigious Chevening Scholarship, allowing her to pursue an MA in Business of Film at Westminster University in London. Residing in London, Ftesa continues to make strides as an actress and an influential figure in the international film business.
