Alex Hall causes drama by turning on fellow castmates like Gio and Kayla, proving herself to be the true villain of Selling the Oc. Hall plays Tyler Stanaland, leading him on before ditching him for someone else, displaying her spiteful nature. Hall acts two-faced, gossiping about and belittling her colleagues like Jarvis and Rose, earning the title of mean girl and bully.
Selling the Oc fans have labeled cast member Alex Hall the villain of the franchise, and there are many reasons why she deserves that title. Selling the Oc is the first spinoff of the real estate reality Netflix series Selling Sunset. Unlike its parent show, Selling the Oc features a mix of male and female realtors and is set against the backdrop of Orange County. Besides Hall, the rest of the Selling the Oc cast includes Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Kayla Cardona, Tyler Stanaland, Sean Palmieri, Brandi Marshall,...

The "Selling Sunset" franchise is expanding to a new city with fresh faces, stunning real estate, and, of course, more drama in Netflix's "Selling the Oc." The extension of The Oppenheim Group's successful flagship series (going on its sixth season) premiered on Aug. 24 and sets roots in California's Orange County. Despite sharing a home state, the "Selling the Oc" cast - which includes Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle, Sean Palmieri, Tyler Stanaland, and Lauren Shortt - and "Selling Sunset" stars/brokers Jason and Brett Oppenheim tell Popsugar that their new show is nothing like its predecessor.
"Orange County itself [is] like a whole different vibe than LA."
"[We're different] pretty much in every way," says Jarvis. "I mean, it's entirely new people. New personalities, totally different dynamic . . . We have a lot of newer agents, too. A lot of us...

The Oppenheim Group is expanding to Orange County, and it looks like the drama has followed.
A new trailer for Netflix’s “Selling the Oc” introduces some of the big personalities who will be joining the brokerage’s new Southern California location and teases that, just like “Selling Sunset,” they’re destined to clash.
“The Oppenheim Group comes with its own brand of office politics,” one of the agents declares. But while there’s definitely a few tense moments in the office, there appears to be some wholesome ones, as well.
The trailer ends with many of the agents huddling together to watch the sunset over the ocean as Oppenheimer Group newcomer Tyler Stanaland asks: “How many other real estate offices have cuddle puddles on the beach?”
You can watch the full trailer in the video above.
