Emily Paxevanos

Emily Paxevanos is a young Australian Actor and Model based in Queensland. She trained in theatre at the University of the Sunshine Coast, then went on to study acting for screen through masterclasses with industry professionals. She has since had lead roles in short films, and worked with multi-award winning directors across South East Queensland. She is best known for her lead role in 'Bin Day' (2023), which was awarded the 'Fun is Good Bill Murray Comedic Shorts Award' (best comedy) at the Twin Cities Film Festival. This highlights her subtle, and comedic instincts as an actor, and her ability to captivate international audiences. She brings depth and authenticity to each role, and is diligent when it comes to preparation and making a character her own. With her passion for filmmaking, she also had experience working behind the scenes as a production assistant to learn more about and immerse herself in the process.
