What’s weirder — that Oasis star Noel Gallagher once met Jerry Seinfeld or that he didn’t mercilessly bash the comedian when he told Rolling Stone?

Gallagher was mixing his Who Built the Moon? album back in the mid-2010s when he wrapped his studio session on a Friday. “See you Monday,” he told the engineer.

“Oh, we’re not in Monday, Tuesday.”

Gallagher wanted to know why not. The engineer said he’d been told not to come in. “Who the fuck told you not to come in?” the singer exploded. “I run the fucking record label — who told you not to come in?”

The engineer shrugged and told Gallagher to check with his office. The office also deflected, telling Gallagher to check with his wife, Sarah. In his typical professional manner, Gallagher asked, “What the fuck’s it got to do with her?”

Looks like Lorne Michaels may have found his next prestige project — and this one comes with steak frites and a side of passive-aggressive Instagram feuding. Sources tell Rambling Reporter that the Saturday Night Live creator has optioned Keith McNally’s dishy new memoir, I Regret Almost Everything, which charts the legendary restaurateur’s rise, fall, stroke, suicide attempt, recovery and general disappointment with humanity. “I read it, and I went to my wife, ‘Oh, that’s weird,’ because Jerry is a personal friend of ours,” Stern said on Monday’s The Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM.

Last week, Seinfeld made headlines for saying on the Fly on the Wall podcast that Stern, a self-proclaimed “king of all media,” had been “outflanked” by other comedy podcasts. The film marks the entrepreneur, author and philanthropist’s first feature film.

Daughters, directed by Angela Patton and Natalie Rae, focuses a lens on four young girls — Aubrey, Santana, Raziah and Ja’Ana — as they prep for a special daddy-daughter dance with their incarcerated fathers as part of a unique program in a Washington D.C. jail. The pop singer Pink (aka Alecia Moore) has denied Israeli flags have flown at her rock concerts after southern Israel came under attack 10 days ago from the Hamas terrorist organization.

“This post will be controversial for some. At this point, breathing is controversial. I am getting many threats because people mistakenly believe I am flying Israeli flags in my show. I am not,” Pink said on her X (formerly Twitter) account on Sunday.

On March 1, Jerry's wife, Jessica Seinfeld, posted a photo of their son Julian on Instagram in celebration of his 20th birthday and praised him extensively in the caption for being a good person. "Happy 20th Birthday to @julianseinfeld!" she wrote. "Your work ethic enables you to balance a heavy college course load with a job you love. Your sharply tuned Bs detector suffers not one fool.

Amid concerns about a so-called “Day of Hate” reportedly planned tomorrow by White Supremacists and other fringe groups, Jessica Seinfeld took to her social media to ask friends of the Jewish community to “counter this idea with their love and light.”

Seinfeld suggests joining a Jewish friend at synagogue for Shabbat in order to “fill our sanctuaries with courage and friendship.” Another idea she suggests is to “invite yourself to a Shabbat meal,” or “call or text your Jewish friends and simply say ‘I’m here.’ “

All day Wednesday, dozens of prominent Black women in Hollywood, fashion, business, literature and political activism will be taking over the Instagram accounts of white women including Julia Roberts and Elizabeth Warren, as part of the #ShareTheMicNow campaign, which aims to amplify the voices and stories of Black women.

Created by Bozoma Saint John, Cmo at Endeavor, fashion designer Stacey Bende, and bestselling writers Luvvie Ajayi Jones and Glennon Doyle, the campaign will see 46 Black women run the accounts of 46 white women. “When the world listens to women, it listens to white women. For far too long, Black women’s voices have gone unheard, even though they’ve been using their voices loudly for centuries to enact change,” #ShareTheMicNow said in a press release. “Today, more than ever, it is Necessary that we create a unifying action to center Black women’s lives, stories, and calls to action. We need to listen to Black women.

A new social media campaign launching Wednesday called #ShareTheMicNow will have Black women speak from the Instagram accounts of white women who have large platforms from Julia Roberts to Gwenyth Paltrow, Hilary Swank, Alex Morgan and Kourtney Kardashian. In the initial broad coalition of women, organizer Bozoma Saint John, Chief Marketing Officer at Endeavor, will take over Kourtney Kardashian’s account; Kahlana Barfield Brown will take over Julia Roberts’ account; Latham Thomas will take over Gwenyth Paltrow’s account; Angelica Ross will take over Hilary Swank’s account; and Ibtihaj Muhammad will take over Alex Morgan’s account.

#ShareTheMicNow wants to magnify “Black women and the important work they’re doing in order to catalyze the change that will only come when we truly hear each other’s voices,” the group said in a statement Tuesday. Downtown Sprouts follows six-year-old June Sprout’s life on her family’s rooftop farm.

The farm is smack dab in the middle of downtown New York City and June can talk to all the farm’s offbeat animals.

This week, Good+ Foundation, a leading nonprofit that works to dismantle multi-generational poverty by pairing donations of goods with innovative services, is humbled to announce a $300,000 commitment from Bank of America to help provide diapers to low-income families in New York City impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.

This generous financial donation will allow the organization to distribute approximately 2 million diapers through its network of 30 grantee partners across all five boroughs.

“Good+Foundation has been our long-time partner and is cementing its place as a reliable resource New Yorkers can count on, especially in times of uncertainty and necessity,” said Anne Walker, Bank of America New York City Market President. “This partnership will support families in need across the city who are struggling to secure even the most basic supplies. As a mother of three, I understand the challenges of parenthood and offer my full support for supplying these vital resources.
