Over the last few years, the Spider-Verse and Venomverse have both exploded with new characters in blockbuster comic book series like Edge of Spider-Verse and Venomverse Reborn. However, the Marvel Multiverse isn't big enough for both Spider and symbiote.
This April, Marvel Comics will ask fans to choose a side as webheads and symbiote hosts wage war in Spider-Verse vs. VenomVerse!
Crafted by writers Mat Groom and Kyle Higgins alongside superstar artist Luciano Vecchio, this five-issue epic spins out of March's Web of Spider-Verse: New Blood and April's Web of VenomVerse: Fresh Brains, two one-shots that will debut major players for the reality-shattering battles ahead.
The armies amassed will include a wide range of characters including icons like Spider-Man and Venom, along with fan-favorite and recently-introduced newcomers from previous Spider-Verse and Venomverse stories.

Warning! Spoilers for What If...? Galactus Transformed Hulk? #1
The Hulk is getting ready to battle Galactus, and I have a feeling he won't be fighting alone. Bruce Banner's intimidating alter ego is one of Marvel's most fearsome fighters around, and thanks to the Power Cosmic, he's officially become strong enough to face Galactus. Still, even Hulk can't eliminate this destructive god on his own, so I predict he will form a new team for that very purpose.
In What If...? Galactus Transformed Hulk? #1 by Mat Groom, Lan Medina, Juancho Velez, and Travis Lanham, the Hulk is appointed as Galactus' latest herald. He ends up abandoning his duties before long, though, and the story ends as he charges after Galactus in a fit of rage.
The Hulk's status as Galactus' most gentle herald does not mean he isn't prepared to fight, but he'll need all the help he can get.

Warning: contains spoilers for What if...Galactus Transformed Hulk!
The Hulk may be the newest and strongest herald of Galactus, but he is also, surprisingly, the most gentle. In What If…Galactus Transformed Hulk? the planet eater empowers the Jade Giant with the Power Cosmic, making him his newest herald. Yet rather than create a cosmic and rage-powered behemoth, the Hulk becomes perhaps the most noble of Galactus’ heralds, even eclipsing the Silver Surfer.
What If…Galactus Transformed the Hulk? Is written by Mat Groom and drawn by Lan Medina. The one-shot reveals that Galactus once again attacked Earth, and there was no stopping him this time, so a bargain was struck: Hulk becomes Galactus’ herald, and he spares the planet. Galactus appealed to Hulk’s sense of alienation in order to convince him to join. The Hulk serves Galactus well, but one difference sets him apart from other heralds:...

Warning: Spoilers for What If...? Galactus Transformed Hulk? #1Iron Man's identity as a superhero is built largely on creating armor to face any situation, including the Hulk. While he's dreamed up incredible ideas to stop some of Marvel's most terrifying enemies in their tracks, his Hulkbuster design has continually failed despite repeated updates. Now, after years of toying with the design, Tony has finally crafted a successful Hulkbuster suit capable of meeting the green giant's punch.

Galactus keeps getting betrayed by his heralds, and with each new one he appoints, he neglects to learn this critical lesson.

Spider-Man's Spider-Verse - which now includes Venom - is one of Marvel's most popular concepts. Now, the Spider-Verse and the Venomverse are colliding, and three incredibly cool Spider-Men will be at the center of this battle.

One of the most feared beings in all existence is actively recruiting in Marvel Comics' new What If...? comic book series. Next January, a series of one-shots dares to ask the question: What if Galactus turned some of Marvel's best and brightest heroes into his new cosmic heralds?
Silver Surfer is, of course, the most well-known Herald to Galactus, though the likes of Doctor Strange, Ghost Rider, and the Human Torch have also briefly served the Devourer of Worlds over the years.
Now, though, it will be Hulk, Gambit, Moon Knight, Rogue, and Spider-Gwen who are transformed by the power cosmic and tormented by new purpose in stories delivered by a lineup of superstar talent, including veteran Marvel talent and rising newcomers.
These once-familiar heroes will be outfitted with new cosmic looks designed by visionary Silver Surfer artist Ron Lim, and imbued with divine power upgrades from their master that will test their humanity.

Marvel confirms that former heralds of Galactus like Silver Surfer and Terrax "travel beyond the speed of light." This makes them faster than Quicksilver, though they're not alone - Captain Marvel, Sentry and Solarus can claim the same. However, DC's Flash remains the fastest superhero, with the ultra-powerful Speed Force not existing in Marvel's reality, limiting what speed is possible.
While Marvel's Quicksilver may be known for his speed, a surprising challenger just left him in the dust by showcasing their top speed. A longtime Avengers member, Quicksilver has long been Marvel's answer to DC's Flash. However, despite his famous arrogance, it turns out that Pietro Maximoff is no match for one powerhouse's maximum speed.
In a preview of Giant-Size Silver Surfer #1, the comic begins with narration that most readers will assume comes from the titular hero himself, boasting, "Though I travel beyond the speed of light, my reputation inevitably precedes me.
