Director, producer, writer, editor, visual effects supervisor and designer, Ilyas Kaduji has helped to create many major films. He has worked in the entertainment industry for over 30 years and has a wide range of experience in most feature film disciplines. He has worked on blockbuster movies, hit TV series and films, commercials and has been BAFTA nominated multiple times for his contributions to the industry.
After graduating from Manchester, Ilyas began his career as an artist and graphic designer in publishing and advertising. In the mid 80's he entered the gaming industry at Ocean Software, the games legend, during these pioneering year he fine gained valuable experience with breakthrough technologies and worked on many classic titles including Jurassic Park. He also worked as a concept designer and animator quickly gaining a reputation for his multiple talents. Ilyas was headhunted by the Oxfordshire based AudioMotion Studios, launching him into the film and TV industries, where he was able to put his multiple skills to effective use. Achieved an excellent reputation he progressed into visual effects, post-production, writing, directing and producing. He has worked on several major films and TV series over the decades.
Ilyas founded Millwood Studios in Portugal as a production servicing company and an independent production company to focus on original content including documentaries, films and series. To put his knowledge and experience to better use in meaningful and wholesome storytelling with an emphasis on morality and family values.
Ilyas still prefers a hands on approach working between the UK and Portugal, developing several new and exciting projects in TV, film, publishing, audiobooks, exhibitions and live events.
In his spare time he enjoys visiting classes, teaching children many of arts and crafts used in the film industry, hoping to inspire the next generation of storytellers.
