Los Angeles native Dorian Holley has sung back up on all of Michael Jackson's solo tours. On the documentary This Is It he was Vocal Director and singer. He is a featured soloist touring with Queen Latifah, James Taylor, and Linda Ronstadt. He's toured with Rod Stewart, Lionel Richie, and Don Henley. He has sung with Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, Usher, Cristina Aguilera, Little Big Town, Stevie Nicks, Patti Labelle, Chris Brown, Herbie Hancock, Jon Legend, Chris Daughtry, Mary J. Blige, Joni Mitchell, Jennifer Hudson, Joss Stone, Seal, and many, many others. His voice is featured in Star Wars Rogue One, The Jungle Book, The Princess and the Frog, Happy Feet, American Gangster, Ice Age 2 & 4, South Park The Movie, The Haunted Mansion, The Five Heartbeats, Pretty Woman, Stir Crazy and dozens of other films. During Jay Leno's last 3 years on The Tonight Show Dorian was lead singer in The Rickey Minor Band every night while heading the Pop Music Vocal Department at Los Angeles College of Music in Pasadena, California. He was Associate Music Director and Vocal Coach on American Idol 10 years and was featured soloist on Dancing With The Stars its first 3 years. His first solo compact disk is known as "Independent Film". Holley has been married to Uber lawyer, Shawn Holley since 2003. They have daughters: Nayanna, Sasha and Olivia.
