Gabriel Judet-Weinshel's work includes music videos, documentaries, short films, a featurette, and the recently completed, feature film, '7 Splinters in Time,' starring Edoardo Ballerini, Emmanuelle Chriqui, and Austin Pendleton. '7 Splinters' won the New Visions Directing award at the Cinequest Film Festival, and was released theatrically and on VOD through Gravitas Ventures (domestically) and ITN (internationally).

A filmmaker since the age of six, by his late teens Judet-Weinshel was short-listed for a Rockefeller Film and Video Fellowship, and his work had garnered a first place award at AFI's Visions of US Competition and screened at the San Francisco International Film Festival. His films have since shown at festivals and other venues around the world in Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, Brazil, Hungary, Croatia, Germany, the UK, Canada, and Egypt, as well as scores of US film festivals.

He directed Martin Scorsese in a short piece memorializing actor Victor Argo that screened at Lincoln Center.

He has directed several music videos for artists as wide-ranging as Ben Harper and Braison Cyrus, to Americana act Birds of Chicago, to Irish favorite Mark Geary, to French art rocker CharlELlie Couture, to Peter Gabriel signatory Joseph Arthur. As a DP, he has worked extensively in music, photographing U2, Elvis Costello, Bruce Springsteen, Alicia Keys, Judy Collins, Sheryl Crow, Lil' Wayne, Ani DiFranco, Lyle Lovett, Counting Crows, James Taylor, The Black Keys, Nicki Minaj, and Elton John.

Commercial work as a director or DP includes fashion/luxury brands-H&M, IWC, Vacheron Constantin, Public School, Norisol Ferrari, and Judith Leiber-as well as corporate clients Microsoft, Sony, and Heineken.

He won two local Emmy's for his direction and photography on NYC Soundtracks, an eight-part documentary series for the Madison Square Garden network on New York Subway musicians.

His short narrative, 'The Heart is a Hidden Camera,' was accepted to over 20 festivals internationally-including LA Shorts, the International Film Festival in Bilbao, Spain, and Palm Beach International-and won the director's choice award at the Black Maria Film Festival.
