Emmy goes international for interactive ceremonies
CANNES -- The inaugural International Interactive Emmys, the first-ever Emmy ceremony outside the U.S., on Wednesday night was a mix of onscreen star power and industry heavy-hitters. "Desperate Housewives" star Roger Bart was in wisecracking good form as host of the slick evening at the Carlton, where awards were presented by "The Unit" star Dennis Haysbert, actor-singer Jack Wagner, French actress Corinne Touzet and Venezuelan telenovela stars Veronica Schneider Rodriguez and Alejandro Otero.
