Daniel Tay is a former American actor from New York who is known for playing Michael Hobbs from the Christmas comedy film Elf and voicing the title character in the US dub of Doogal. He also voiced in Rockstar video games including Bully and Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony.
