Son was born a day after Sanjeev Kumar passed away. He was born in the same hospital room Sanjeev Kumar use to frequent. Jayshree T believed the baby was a reincarnation of Sanjeev Kumar.

Brother in law is Jayprakash Karnataki husband of Jayshree T.

First film as an adult was Umang 1970.
