Mariah Padilla was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and traces her ancestry to Mexican and German heritage. Mariah grew up surrounded by athletic family members, inspiring her to dive into a wide range of sports, from baseball and softball to cheerleading, MMA, cross country, and track. While her athletic accomplishments are extensive, her true passion has always been in the arts. Drawn to film and theater in a way unlike anyone else in her family, Mariah developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies of the craft, fueling her desire to study and master it.

After earning her associate's degree in film, Mariah Padilla fully committed to pursuing her passion for acting. She made her television debut in the faith-based series The Graceful Path, which follows the challenging journeys of several individuals. Her breakout moment came with her role as a secret agent in the award-winning short film VR, where she proved her abilities not only as an actress but also as a stunt performer. Mariah has since appeared in several independent projects, including Coyote Cage, Elevate Her, Stop, and Arcade 2135, but she is best known for her chilling portrayal of 'La Llorona' in Night of the Starlings. When she's not honing her craft, Mariah enjoys spending time with her beloved dog and family or staying active at her local gym to keep her athletic edge sharp.
