Bukky (Adebukunola) Babalola is a multi-talented and versatile actor. On the rave making film by legendary Nollywood director, Teco Benson, Bukky played the role of Ada, a young woman of Christian faith who was pressured into lying in court to save her best friend's (played by Nollywood's sweetheart, Chioma Chukwuka) marriage.
In addition to acting, Bukky is a media enthusiast. Video wheels, Hitz ONTV, Back in time with Bukky, Shake down the 90's, Lunch time pop, Fashion Trend and St. Lauren Nollywood Buzz, are some of the television and radio programs she has presented and produced.
Bukky has worked as a news anchor at TVC News International, a subsidiary of Continental Broadcasting Service, where she was responsible for the daily news broadcast and public service announcements. She also conducted interviews with acclaimed personalities - the most notable being a live discussion with the former Governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Raji Fashola.
