Sophie is a cook, recipe writer and presenter from South London. With a career in food spanning restaurant cheffing, food styling and heading up the food team at Mob, she now brings simple comforting home cooking to the masses via social media and her bestselling newsletter "Feeder". Her first cookbook "Tucking In" came out in June 2024 published by Ebury Press. She appears regularly on Television and Radio programmes and her recipes are frequently featured in magazines and newspapers, in print and online. She co-hosts two podcasts, "I'll have what she's having" and "A bit of a mouthful".
As a child, Sophie appeared in the Oscar winning film "The Hours" with Nicole Kidman and her subsequent appearance as Jane in Peter Pan ended up being cut from the final edit.
