A military veteran, Dwayne Conyers was selected to participate in a year-long workshop with the Writers Guild of America Foundation (2015-2016) and a summer filmmaking workshop with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA).
Dwayne is the author of a top ten screenplay in the Cinequest Film Festival and two official selections (2010 and 2016) in the Beverly Hills Film Festival.
He is a graduate of the Warner Brothers Comedy Writers Workshop (mentored by Samm-Art Williams). He also studied screenwriting with the late Luigi DiFonzo (Harvard), the late Carl Sautter (American Film Institute), and with Michael Hague.
Dwayne is writer and producer of six web series, including Galactic Blitz (on Amazon Prime). He also wrote and produced interactive and training video for the United States Government (including the White House, Pentagon, and Department of State) in addition to the Republic of Singapore's Ministry of Defence.
