Nicolas Cage Reflects on Turning Down Iconic Jim Carrey Comedy 31 Years Later: 'I Made the Right Choice'
Image
Released in 1994, the buddy comedy movie Dumb and Dumber was released in theaters to major success. It earned over $247 million at the box office against a budget of $17 million. It would ultimately become one of the most popular comedies of the era, remaining a favorite film for many filmgoers for both if its lead stars, Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels.

Before Daniels was cast, however, there was a chance that Nicolas Cage could have played the role of Harry Dunne alongside Carrey's Lloyd Christmas. In a recent interview with The Guardian, Cage said Carrey was interested in having him on board as his co-star, but there was one big problem. At the time, Cage was preparing to shoot the revered 1995 film Leaving Las Vegas, leaving him to pick one or the other. Ultimately, he's happy with the call he made.

As Cage said when asked if he ever watched the...

This Underrated Vampire Film Starring Ethan Hawke Is Now Streaming For Free
Bram Stoker
I’m a sucker for a good vampire film, whether it features a sexy vampire like Bram Stoker’s Dracula or a nasty one like 30 Days of Night. But one of my personal favorite tales about bloodsuckers is an underrated 2010 release by Michael Spierig and Peter Spierig titled Daybreakers. Boasting an all-star cast and an interesting twist on vampire lore, it didn’t make waves upon initial release. And yet, I still find myself banging the proverbial drum for this film, especially today, because the movie is now streaming for free on Vizio WatchFree+.

Daybreakers takes place in 2019 (ten years in the future upon the film’s initial release) where a plague has transformed a majority of the human population into vampires. But without any humans from which to feed, the vampires are now facing a food crisis. Ethan Hawke plays Edward Dalton, a hematologist working on creating a blood substitute to save humanity.

10 Movies That Aren’t Worth Watching Again After You Know Their Twist
Image
In Hollywood, a lot of directors have built their careers on their twist endings, from M. Night Shyamalan's The Sixth Sense to Bryan Singer's The Usual Suspects. These endings can make the audience leave the movie still thinking about its themes and message years after seeing it. Unfortunately, not every movie achieves this, and there's no shortage of criticism of directors who try too hard to be subversive, only to undermine their film.

A good twist should compel the viewer to immediately want to revisit the story to pick up on small details and clues as they go. For a variety of reasons, some movies simply aren't good enough to warrant that second viewing. Sometimes, it's the twist itself that hurts the film, while others are just too weak for another watch regardless of how good the twist is. Either way, these movies show that subverting expectations doesn't...

Another 'Dumb and Dumber' with Jim Carrey & Jeff Daniels Could Happen if The Farrellys are "Still Around"
Image
The Farrelly brothers became well known for a string of gross-out comedies in the late 90s, and one of their biggest successes was the 1994 hit Dumb and Dumber. In a recent interview with Variety, Peter and Bobby Farrelly took a moment from promoting their new film, Dear Santa, to address the chances of fans getting to see Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels returning for a third time as the hapless Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne, respectively.

While no official plans are in place for any such movie, and with Jim Carrey still seemly on the verge of retirement, the Farrellys always apparently have an eye on jumping back into the Dumb and Dumber world. Asked about any of their past successes they would like to return to in the future, they said:

Peter: I still take notes whenever I hear something that I think would be a good Dumb and Dumber joke.

High Potential Season 1 Episode 6 Spoilers: It’s All Fun And Games Until The Boss Dies At The Office Party
Image
I think it’s safe to say Morgan and Karadec are finally working as a unit on High Potential Season 1 Episode 6. The days of bickering and quitting on the spot are long gone.

If there is one thing this series is a pro at, it’s keeping the story moving and not letting anything get stale. Whether it’s the writing, the acting, or a combination of both, every episode is fresher than the last.

Now that we’re halfway through High Potential Season 1, fans can expect some shake-ups to keep the plot interesting.

(Carlos Lopez-Calleja, Mitch Hasseth/Disney)

From what I’ve gleaned from the synopses, disappointing news may be on the horizon for some audience members, but we’ll get to that in a minute.

3 Of The Worst Comedy Movies Ever Made Have 1 Thing In Common That Is Impossible Not To Notice
Image
Evan Almighty, Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd, and Son of the Mask are all considered to rank among the worst comedy movies of all time, and they share one glaring similarity. However, on the surface, the movies seem quite different despite all coming out in the 2000s. For instance, Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd stars Derek Richardson and Eric Christian Olsen as two young men with perilously low IQs who become involved in a corrupt principal's scheme when they transfer from homeschooling to a public high school in the 1980s.

The absurd but more realistic premise of When Harry Met Lloyd feels very different from the other two titles, which both feature supernatural premises. Evan Almighty follows the biblically-themed story of a modern-day man being forced to re-enact the story of Noah's Ark while the latter follows a family that is thrown into chaos when...

The Hostel TV Show Is Taking A Big Risk (But It's A Smart One)
Image
Hostel TV show takes a risk by changing the tone to an elevated thriller, reinventing the franchise. Toning down graphic content may alienate fans, but attract a new audience to the show. The Hollywood team-up behind the new Hostel TV show has been in the works for 19 years.

The world of Hostel is coming back to life now with a TV show, which is taking a huge risk, but its a smart one that could greatly benefit this new project. The horror subgenre of gore and its branches went through a great run in the early 2000s with movies like James Wan's Saw and Eli Roth's Hostel, despite being quite controversial due to their graphic violence and themes. Also written by Roth, Hostel showed a horrifying, dark, and brutally graphic side of European vacations, inspired by murder vacations Roth once came across on the dark web.

Hostel: Paul Giamatti To Star In "Elevated" TV Series Based On Eli Roth's Gruesome Horror Movies
Image
When Paul Giamatti said he wanted to "do more horror," we're not sure anyone would have predicted this!

While doing the press rounds to promote his acclaimed comedy drama, The Holdovers, last year, the recent Academy Award-nominee expressed a desire to star in a horror project.

“Horror. I’d like to do more horror. I love horror,” he said when asked what type of movie he'd like to work on next. "I like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre a lot. I love horror. Love it!” When the interviewer was a taken aback that the well-respected actor is such a Chainsaw fan, Giamatti said: “Great movie! It’s a great movie. No, no, no, no, no, it’s a great movie, it’s a beautiful movie.”

"I don’t think I could do the killer," he went on. "But I don’t know what I would be. I would love to do something…...

Paul Giamatti to Star in 'Modern Adaptation' of Eli Roth's Hostel
Image
Eli Roth is returning to the vicious world of Hostel, as it was recently announced that Roth will be bringing the franchise to television, with an Oscar-nominated actor attached to the project as well.

Per Variety, fresh off his Academy Award nomination for his role in The Holdovers, Paul Giamatti will join Roth's Hostel TV series. The show is currently in development, and currently doesn't have a distributor yet. Roth is set to write, produce, and direct the show, with Chris Briggs and Mike Fleiss also producing. Roth is coming off his 2023 film Thanksgiving, which did fairly well at the box office, bringing in $45.5 million on a $15 million budget.

‘Reeker’ – Revisting the Forgotten 2005 Slasher Movie and Its Prequel
Image
There is no forgetting the putrid and almost sickly sweet smell of human death once it has become an olfactory memory. Those unfamiliar with this hyper-specific stench should count themselves lucky. However, that odor of mortality is all the characters of Reeker have to keep themselves safe. Danger lurks wherever that fetor goes. Dave Payne’s 2005 horror film introduced a unique villain named after his most notable attribute, yet by the time that cadaverous stink has been inhaled by potential victims, the chance for escape may have already expired.

Following a silly but grisly cold-open — a random family becomes a roadside picnic for The Reeker, who remains unseen early on — director and writer Payne sets up what looks to be a garden-variety slasher: one by one, young folks are murdered in gruesome fashion, somewhere out in the middle of nowhere. No doubt that pitch sounds familiar. As straightforward as the film starts out,...

Jim Carrey Sequel Breaks Netflix Top 3 a Decade After Its Heavily Criticized Cinema Release
Image
Dumb and Dumber To is back on Netflix's Top 3, driven by nostalgia and Jim Carrey's popularity. The sequel, originally criticized on its theatrical release, stars a comedic duo on a road trip adventure, receiving mixed reviews. Carrey and Daniels' 20-year reunion was praised, making the film a moderate box office success.

Dumb and Dumber To has made a surprising leap into the Netflix Top 3. The 10-year-old movie starring Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels was a belated sequel to the 1994 Farrelly brothers comedy Dumb and Dumber, but the two-decade hiatus did not make fans crave the over-the-top antics of Lloyd Christmas (Carrey) and Harry Dunne (Daniels) a second time around. However, like so many older movies, the film is finding a new lease of life on the streaming platform.

Dumb and Dumber To begins with Lloyd having spent 20 years in a psychiatric hospital following his romantic rejection by his would-be girlfriend Mary.

10 Greatest Cult Movie Directors
Image
The auteur theory argues that certain film directors have such artistic and personal control that they are, in essence, the authors of the movie. The term is used for important filmmakers with an unmistakable style, like Alfred Hitchcock or Martin Scorsese, who have their own brand. This idea isn't limited to elite directors as it also applies to creators of trash cinema.

Cult movies are often low-budget, bizarre films that are so bad that they're good but generally a result of some kind of fluke or simply a one-off anomaly. There are, however, a select few directors who specialize in weird movie-making and have established their own unique flavor. While never gaining the recognition of their prestigious peers, these Cult Auteurs have left a zany and entertaining legacy.

Related 10 Most Bizarre Cult Classics Even by cult classic standards, some films are so bizarre that they must be seen to be believed.

The Most Uncomfortable Movie Scenes of All Time
Image
The following contains images and videos that some readers may find disturbing.

There have been shocking horror movie twists that have completely taken audiences by surprise and brutal acts of violence that have repulsed them. Then, certain scenes are so unnerving that they leave a lasting trauma on those who watch them. It's not enough to simply be gross, as that is an easy, and often cheap, cinematic trick.

Some filmmakers have managed to tap into the raw nerve of morality to craft scenes that offend down to the core. Not all shocking scenes are the same and context matters. The most unsettling movie scenes have just the right amount of wrong and can't be unseen, no matter how much the viewer may want to forget.

Hostel (2005) – Wtf Happened to This Horror Movie?
Image
Looking back on the horror genre throughout time, there’s always been a period where certain sub-genres have been most prominent. The 70s and 80s were all about the slasher flicks, with masked villains marauding around sleepy suburbs or high school kids having their heads chopped off, while remakes such as House of Wax and Ring dominated the early noughties. There’s another sub-genre, however, that had its roots in splatter films such as Peter Jackson’s superbly gross Bad Taste and Braindead, plus ‘video nasties’ like 1978’s I Spit on Your Grave. That’s right folk, we’re talking about ‘Torture Porn’, an exploitation horror subgenre known for its nasty, gory, and violent films. Do a quick Google search for the sub-genre, preferably with safe-search activated if you’re at work or Uni, just in case, and you’ll more than likely find several Top 10 lists of the best...

The Plot Twist That Makes Eli Roth's 'Hostel' About More Than Just the Gore
Image
Eli Roth films are a staple of 21st-century horror, and his new movie Thanksgiving proves that he knows the genre inside out. Roth is renowned as one of the pioneers of the early 2000s "torture horror" subgenre, with his movies, including Cabin Fever and The Green Inferno, featuring extensive guts and gore. However, disregarding Eli Roth's work as gore for gore's sake means missing the intricate detail that allows his work to portray poignant commentary on both the horror genre and society itself. Nowhere is this more prevalent than in Hostel, a movie that, among the blood and guts, explores the reality of murder tourism and the problems with the survival tropes the genre has grown so familiar with. In the film, Josh (Derek Richardson) is the rational one of our three protagonists, acting as the audience surrogate. His apprehension juxtaposed with Paxton’s (Jay Hernandez) enthusiasm allows Josh to...

Thanks for Giving Us Nightmares: Eli Roth’s 6 Nastiest Movie Moments
Image
In honor of Thanksgiving now playing in theaters, I decided to take a look at the filmography of Eli Roth. After spending a few days watching films like Cabin Fever, Hostel and The Green Inferno, I cried in the shower for about twenty minutes and am vegan now!

In no particular order, here are the most gnarly moments of Roth’s fun career in horror…

“I’m Never Gonna Shave Again” – Cabin Fever (2002)

Without a doubt my favorite Eli Roth film and in my opinion one of the most underrated horror comedies of all time, Cabin Fever features tons of laughs and gross-out scares. One in particular that is hard to forget. Specifically, for those who shave their legs.

After Sweet Lou (the always memorable Joey Kern) decides to reasonably say “To hell with all of you since you Won’T Stop Touching The Bleeding And Infected People” and storm...

Every Dumb And Dumber Movie Ranked Worst To Best
Image
The comedy classic Dumb and Dumber featured funnyman Jim Carrey at the pinnacle of his career, but how does the trilogy stack up from worst to best? Released in 1994 to immediate success, Dumb and Dumber was a perfect mixture of a buddy comedy with the screwball tone of the 1990s. The film brought together Carrey and his co-star Jeff Daniels and the pair had electric chemistry on screen. Despite being unabashedly goofy, there was a lovable quality to main characters Lloyd (Carrey) and Harry (Daniels) that justified two sequels that further explored their ridiculous lives.

Dumb and Dumber was a box office smash and grossed almost $250 million (via The Numbers), and it even earned a prequel in the form of 2003's Dumb and Dumberer. It would be another decade before the characters returned to the big screen, and 2014's Dumb and Dumber To saw Carrey and Daniels reprise their roles...

Tony Hawk Selling Replicas of Kurt Cobain’s Hand-Painted Iron Maiden Skateboard for Charity
Image
Last year, skate legend Tony Hawk acquired a skateboard that was hand-painted in 1985 by late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, who adorned the deck with the artwork from the Iron Maiden album Killers.

Hawk then went through the process of authenticating the “unicorn” skateboard — a Sims Jeff Phillips model — working with the deck’s prior owner Cameron Ross and Birdhouse Skateboard’s Derek Richardson to properly understand the origins of the deck.

As Ross explained in a new video posted to Hawk’s social pages, when he was in junior high school, he gave Cobain $20 and a “chunk of weed” to paint the Iron Maiden artwork on the skate deck. Kurt’s sister Kim also appears in the new video clip.

With that taken care of, Hawk and Birdhouse have just released replicas of the deck, as well as prints and stickers of the design, with proceeds going toward raising awareness...

Anger Management: Season Two Ratings
Will the ratings for Anger Management improve in season two or, will they fall even lower than they did in season one? We'll have to wait and see.

Revolving around an anger management therapist (Charlie Sheen) who has issues of his own, the cast also includes Selma Blair, Shawnee Smith, Daniela Bobadilla, Michael Arden, Noureen DeWulf, Derek Richardson, and Martin Sheen.

The comedy's ratings are typically the best way to tell if Anger Management would be cancelled or renewed for another season however, 90 episodes were ordered for season two as part of a syndication deal. Those will last for awhile and may or may not be the end anyway.

These figures will be updated as the weeks progress so be sure to bookmark and return to this page: (more…)...

FX has announced that their Anger Management sitcom is ending next month. The series finale, which is also the comedy's 100th episode, will air on December 22nd.

Revolving around an anger management therapist (Charlie Sheen) who has issues of his own, the cast also includes Shawnee Smith, Daniela Bobadilla, Michael Arden, Noureen DeWulf, Derek Richardson, and Martin Sheen. Selma Blair left midway through the second season.

Anger Management was part of a special 10-90 deal. If the first 10 episodes hit a certain ratings mark then a second season order of 90 episodes was automatically triggered.

No doubt bolstered by Sheen's recent dismissal from Two and a Half Men, the first season attracted 2.98 million viewers with a 1.2 rating in the 18-49 demographic. The second season has performed nearly as well. The 76 installments that have aired thus far have...

Reeker (2005) review
Reviewed by Chris Wright, MoreHorror.com

Reeker (2005)

Directed By: Dave Payne

Written By: Dave Payne

Starring: Devon Gummersall (Jack), Derek Richardson (Nelson), Tina Illman (Gretchen), Scott Whyte (Trip), Arielle Kebbel (Cookie), Michael Ironside (Henry), Eric Mabius (Radford), Marcia Strassman (Rose), David Hadinger (The Reeker), Les Jankey (Trucker), Carole Ruggier (Mom), Paul Butcher (Kid), Stephen Ziotnick (Officer Ben), Christopher Boyer (Officer Mansfield), Wesley Thompson (Officer Taylor)

“Reeker” is an interesting take on a slasher film. The decade of the slasher has long past so most films that take on that sub-genre are repetitions of previous movies that many of us have long watched. I was impressed that “Reeker” took a formula that has been beaten to death and added a nice twist to it.

“Reeker” centers on a bunch of young adults stranded in a desert rest stop only to be soon attacked by a mysterious creature while they are all having visions.

Paul Walker at an event for Fast & Furious 4 (2009)
Of all Paul Walker's career accomplishments, there's one very curious to award nuts like us: Back in 2003, Walker and his zesty lime car won a Teen Choice Award for Best Movie Chemistry in "2 Fast 2 Furious." Together they beat Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck in "Daredevil," Anna Paquin and Shawn Ashmore in "X2," Jim Carrey and Morgan Freeman in "Bruce Almighty," Eric Christian Olsen and Derek Richardson in "Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd" and Sanaa Lathan and Taye Diggs in "Brown Sugar." One year earlier, Walker starred in the first "Fast and Furious" film, and picked up the Best On-Screen Team popcorn bucket with co-star Vin Diesel at the MTV Movie Awards. Movie Review: ‘The Power of Few’
There is one catastrophic ending, but from multiple perspectives.

“The Power of Few” is told from different viewpoints leading up to a catastrophic in New Orleans. Several off-beat characters are either witnesses or victims to the ultimate demise of a drive-by shooting, a car crash and a convenience store robbery in that order.

The first viewpoint is about Cory (Devon Gearhart) who must go down to the convenience store to acquire medicine, but lacked the money to pay the pregnant proprietor Mala (Moon Bloodgood) and her aspiring actor/husband Shane (Derek Richardson).

Then the film shoots off to two government agents Clyde and Marti (Christian Slater and Nicky Whelan) in a taxi cab seeking out a possible terrorist and bomb in New Orleans.

Another perspective is from a motorcycle deliverywoman Alexa (Q’orianka Kilcher) hired to deliver a package, but saves Dom (Jesse Bradford) from assassination by local thugs Junkshow...

The Power Of Few – The Review
Written and directed by Leone Marucci, this picture follows six different points of view unfolding on one sunny New Orleans afternoon, spanning twenty minutes of time, where each segment eventually intersects in one climactic moment where criminals and a high profile religious based heist collide.

Living in squalor with his hopped up mom (Louise Linton, Lions For Lambs) and baby brother, Cory (Devon Gearhart, Funny Games) decides that he must acquire medicine for his ailing brother, and thus takes off on a mission to rob The Space Bar, an internet café/grocery store run by the pregnant Mala (Moon Bloodgood, Terminator Salvation). Mala has been arguing with husband Shane (Derek Richardson, Hostel) about his aspiring acting career. Meanwhile, undercover agents Clyde (Christian Slater, True Romance) and Marti (Nicky Whelan, Halloween II) are on the hunt for a suspect that may have recently stolen the Shroud of Turin from the Vatican,...

The Power of Few | Review
Meaningless Affect: Marucci’s Interactive Film Project a Dreadful Observation of Social Awareness

Moments into Leone Marucci’s incomprehensibly obnoxious new film, The Power of Few should have one pondering not only how some of the notable cast members signed onto the film but how this received funding in the first place. Assaulting the senses like a New Orleans set Crash (2005) meeting indefinably interconnected drek of something like Answers to Nothing (2011), this amateur circus of poorly conceived nonsense may have been borne out of good intentions, but only serves to reinforce the notion of what path they pave. Developed by writer/director Marucci and producer/star Q’orianka Kilcher as an interactive project meant to involve a global audience, where online voters were able to determine casting, costumes, location, editing, and story development, results in what feels like the product of Communism on filmmaking. “God save us from the innocent and the good,...

'Anger Management' Noureen DeWulf Q&A: 'Charlie Sheen can do no wrong'
Charlie Sheen's big sitcom comeback Anger Management was a ratings smash when it debuted last year and now the show is back - kicking off a mammoth two-year, 90-episode run!

Digital Spy spoke to Noureen DeWulf - who plays the glamorous but self-centred Lacey - about the show's success, working with the "eccentric" Mr Sheen and what Anger Management fans can expect from season two!

When Anger Management premiered last year, it broke cable ratings records - did you expect it to be so huge?

"I think because it was Charlie Sheen starring, I expected it to go either very well or very badly! And I was happy that it went very, very well. So in a way, I wasn't surprised - he does seem to be very good at making a comeback."

FX ordered 90 episodes of the show at once - were you surprised that they made such a huge commitment?...

DVD Review: Anger Management – Season One
Anger Management: Season One

Stars: Charlie Sheen, Shawnee Smith, Selma Blair, Daniela Bobadilla, Noureen DeWulf, Michael Arden, Derek Richardson, Barry Corbin, Brett Butler | Created by Bruce Helford

Opening with a to-camera monologue that is seemingly inspired by, and ripped directly from, his life, Anger Management features Charlie Sheen as therapist Charlie Goodson, an ex-baseball player who specialises in anger management therapy whilst battling his own anger issues. He has a successful private practice, holding sessions with his group of primary patient regulars each week, as well as performing volunteer counselling for an inmate group at a state prison. His life is further complicated by his relationships with his own therapist/best friend with benefits (Blair), his ex-wife (Smith), and their 13-year-old daughter (Bobadilla).

Anger Management comes from creator Bruce Helford, whose career has spanned such sitcoms as Family Ties, Anything But Love, The Norm Show and The Drew Carey Show...

Anger Management: Season One Blu-Ray Review
Back when Charlie Sheen was fired from “Two and a Half Men,” most people knew that it wasn’t going to take him long to move on to another show. Despite his strange behavior at the time, he undoubtedly had his pick of several projects, which led him to choose “Anger Management.” In all honesty, I had never even heard of the show before watching this first season. You would think the show heralding Sheen’s return to television would have warranted a large marketing campaign to get the word out. However, after finally seeing the result of what Sheen has been doing post-firing, it seems there’s a pretty good reason why Anger Management has not been publicized more.

It revolves around Charlie Goodson (Charlie Sheen), an anger management therapist who used to be a major league baseball player, but ruined his career due to anger issues. He holds...

Focusing On Charlie Sheen’s ‘Anger Management’ as FX Orders 90 More Episodes
It’s true, I like Anger Management and no, it didn’t happen overnight. While I’ve been a major supporter of FX’s comedy lineup, it’s definitely not made in the same cloth as It’s Always Sunny, Archer, The League, Louie or Wilfred (all of which are vastly different from each other). It was never billed to ape a certain tone or look like any of its older siblings at FX, it was created to lure fans of Two and a Half Men who chanted for Charlie Harper’s return, as well as viewers looking for a simple, entertaining comedy. Why? Ratings for one. The series delievered 4.53 million total viewers (2.5 million in the 18-49 demo) for several weeks before the Olympics altered ratings in August. FX will take those kind of numbers any day. Louie dreams of those numbers. Anger Management got a 10-90 deal, which meant...

Charlie Sheen Optimistic There Will Be A Lot More 'Anger Management'
Anger Management (2012)
Charlie Sheen's "Anger Management" is well on its way to 100 episodes, despite the fact it's only halfway through its first season. Due to the sitcom's unique business model, if the first 10 episodes reach a certain ratings threshold, FX is set to renew the series for 90 more installments. With the show breaking ratings records, it looks like Sheen will be a permanent fixture on TV screens for a few more years, at least. (Opinions on whether that's a positive thing or not are still divided.)

The troubled star appeared at the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour on Saturday, promoting the cable comedy alongside creator Bruce Helford and co-stars Derek Richardson, Noureen DeWulf, Selma Blair, Shawnee Smith and Daniela Bobadilla. Predictably, the majority of reporters' questions were directed at Sheen, and a fair number concerned his tumultuous few months after being fired from "Two and a Half Men," when he...

Creator Bruce Helford Talks Anger Management, Working with Charlie Sheen, Developing the Idea into a Series, and More
In the new FX comedy series Anger Management, actor Charlie Sheen plays Charlie Goodson, a non-traditional therapist who has his own successful private practice, holding sessions with a group of regulars each week, as well as counseling a group of inmates at a state prison.  Prior to being an anger management therapist, Charlie was a minor league baseball prospect whose road to the majors was sidetracked by his own struggle with anger issues, making him the perfect person to understand what his patients are going through.  The show also stars Selma Blair, Shawnee Smith, Daniela Bobadilla, Noureen DeWulf, Michael Arden, Derek Richardson, Barry Corbin, Michael Boatman and Brett Butler. In this recent exclusive phone interview with Collider, the refreshingly honest and passionate creator/showrunner/executive producer Bruce Helford (The Drew Carey Show, The George Lopez Show) talked about developing this idea into a series, the process of shooting 10 episodes and...
