Otilia Panainte is a Romanian actress, singer, and emerging filmmaker, based in Bucharest and available as a London local hire. She recently appeared in Watcher (IFC Films), the hit Romanian series Las Fierbinti (ProTV), and stars in the upcoming short film The Carpet, which she also co-wrote and co-directed.
