Toho Animation has dropped the main trailer for Dr. Stone Season 4, titled Science Future.

After a delay of over a year, details have finally been released for an upcoming Sailor Moon statue that was first announced in June 2023. Based on the Sailor Moon Cosmos anime film, the figure is now available for preorder for both domestic and international fans.

Fans have long awaited the release of this statue, originally titled "Wonder Statue Work of Art." However, the name was changed with the recent release of new information to "Wonder Statue: Eternal Sailor Moon." Preorders began on Nov. 26, 2024, and will end on Jan. 30, 2025. While the official release date in Japan via Premium Bandai is in May 2025, those who order in the U.S. via retailers such as BigBadToyStore will most likely see theirs arrive in July. In Japan, the statue is listed as 99,000 yen, or about US$650, while international fans may need to pay closer to $900.

Sailor Moon is such a classic epic anime series in part because of its amazing ensemble cast. Usagi Tsukino is the main character, but she's surrounded by amazing, well-written allies. Secondary characters like Sailor Mercury are huge fan favorites because they're so likable and have a defined personality, set of goals, and ethics.

Even the Sailor Moon villains tend to be nuanced and memorable. Many of the villains only last one season, so many fans understandably would love to see more about them in a spin-off. Other side characters only appear for one or two episodes before disappearing, despite how interesting they are. Though Usagi, Sailor Moon, is one of anime's most amazing protagonists, there are many other Sailor Moon characters that could support their own spin-off series.

Sailor Moon Cosmos finally brings the long-awaited wedding of Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask to fans, complete with a new song and faithful adaptation of the Stars arc. The two-part film, directed by Tomoya Takahashi, has a combined runtime of two hours and forty minutes, making it the most comprehensive adaptation of the manga. Japanese Anime. Some of it we love. Some we hate. The only constant? Those wacky makes-little-to-no-sense titles. Enter the latest, Blood-c: The Last Dark. What does that mean? Hell if we know. How about you watch the trailer and figure it out for yourself?!

Naoyoshi Shiotani (Tokyo Marble Chocolate, key animator on Blood+ and Blood-c) is directing the film based upon the television series. The crew includes writers Jun'ichi Fujisaku and Nanase Ohkawa (Clamp) with animation character designer/chief animation director Kazuchika Kise, and television voice cast members Nana Mizuki (Saya Kisaragi) and Kenji Nojima (Fumito Nanahara) star.

The film will open in theaters in Japan on June 2, 2012.
