Biography

Lavelle is a native of Lynwood, CA and was partly raised in Port Arthur, Texas. He began writing plays and poetry while in middle school and quickly became recognized for his talents. After serving in the United States Army and receiving several commendations, along with combat and overseas duty assignments, Lavelle embarked on his film career. Along his journey , Lavelle had his first book published, Sound the Alarm - Dead People Are Taking Over the Earth (American Book Publishing Co.) and in 2005, Lavelle had his first novel, Southerland Strength, published to wide acclaim, ultimately earning him the Inspirational Romance Novel of the Year Award by Shades of Romance Magazine.

Lavelle is the recipient of several film festival awards and continues to improve his craft daily.

Lavelle is the co-founder and a Managing Partner of Dream Team Alliance, LLC. He is also the co-owner of Lemonier Enterprises, LLC, Lemonier Photography, Lemonier & Associates, and is the host of the widely acclaimed podcast, The DadCast Podcast.

As an accomplished actor, writer, and director, Lavelle is most proud of his service to his country.
