Biography

    • David Giammarco is a multi-talented performer, writer, and producer in both television and feature films, as well as international media. In front of the cameras, David has acted opposite Kevin Costner, Dennis Hopper, Kelsey Grammer, and Nathan Lane in the political comedy Swing vote - La voix du coeur (2008); battled horror icon Freddy Krueger in Freddy contre Jason (2003); and served as Host and Senior Entertainment Reporter for eTalk Daily (2002) (2003-2008), broadcast nationally on CTV and MTV Canada. David has also written, directed, produced and starred in two comedies: "DMG" (which also featured cameo performances from Dan Aykroyd, Leslie Nielsen, Martin Short, Don Rickles and G. Gordon Liddy), as well as the La quatrième dimension (1959) spoof The Last Episode (1999) (broadcast on The Comedy Network and the Sci-Fi Network).

      David has served as a writer on the productions of the James Bond films Le monde ne suffit pas (1999) Meurs un autre jour (2002) and is the author of the best-selling book "For Your Eyes Only: Behind the Scenes of the James Bond Films" (ECW Press). He also featured prominently in the Ian Fleming docudrama True Bond (2007) - which was broadcast in Britain on ITV and in North America on The History Network, earning the Best Documentary Award from the New York Television Festival in 2008. David also traveled around the world with Tom Cruise and director Steven Spielberg as the Host, Writer, and Producer for Paramount's La Guerre des mondes (2005) television special. The following year, David was invited back by Tom Cruise to work on Mission: Impossible III (2006) with director J.J. Abrams, where they traveled to Rome, Tokyo, London, Berlin, and Madrid for filming.
