Donna O'Brien is an Australian Irish actress.
Donna plays Kat in the short film 'Gamma' which was selected for film festivals nationally and internationally, including Lift Off Global Network in Sydney and Melbourne, Cinefest Oz Film Festival and WA Made Film Festival. It was also a Semi Finalist in the New York International Women's Festival. In 2019 she played the role of Brianna in the TV mini series "Caravan". Donna also plays Darcy in the post apocalyptic short film "Refuge". In 2024 she played Sophie in the short film "Joy".
In 2019 Donna played Laura Wingfield in the GRADS production of "The Glass Menagerie". She also played Angua in the Roleystone Theatre production of the Terry Pratchett play "Monstrous Regiment.
Donna has been training since 2018 at several different acting schools including Ali Roberts Studio, Perth Academy of Performing Arts and Perth Film School. Donna is also an experienced singer and musician, having played in bands since she was 12 years old. Most notably she was the lead singer for the band Ready To Fire, who went on to support several national and international bands.
