What started as a passionate affair with music evolved into a prominent presence in the film and video production industry. In 2018, Jackson Paraiso (also known as Iko The Rainman) expanded his creative empire by founding "CotoGang Production", the film branch of his company "Operation 5:AM".
Jackson Paraiso stands as a multifaceted creative force known for his diverse contributions as a writer, director, photographer, cinematographer, video editor, and hip-hop artist. Originating from the vibrant South Florida music scene, Jack's journey took root in 2011, drawing inspiration from renowned directors like Zack Snyder, Denis Villeneuve, and Christopher Nolan. Guided by a distinct visual style described as moody, wallpaper-like, and heavily influenced by anime aesthetics, which can be seen in his self directed music video "The Cold River You Left Me In".
Jackson's early days saw him adapting the creative persona of "Iko The Rainman" by directing and filming music videos, which became a testament to his innate storytelling ability. This initial success propelled him into the commercial world, short-films, and working on several TV shows, such as Master Chef and Good Mythical Morning.
The pinnacle of Jack's directorial journey is the upcoming film "Ashes of Aeternus," poised to premiere at film festivals in 2024, and begins pre-production for his next movie, code named "Paranoia Agent".
