Trained in both classical theatre and on-camera improvisation. She brings the versatility to play everything from Southern Gothic matriarchs (Suddenly Last Summer) to grounded mid-western leads (Two Ways Home).

Directed film that received multi-category awards at major U.S. festivals. Her narrative short film Death Pays Flora A Visit - written by Sy Rosen - starring Eric Roberts and Mimi Kennedy earned Best Director, Best Short, and Audience Choice awards across Sedona, Cambria, Gig Harbor, and Las Cruces film festivals.

Premiered a VR series at Sundance long before the format was mainstream. She co-produced and starred in Defrost, one of the first virtual reality narrative series to premiere at Sundance, playing a paralyzed woman navigating futuristic medical ethics.

Frequently performs and develops one-woman shows in NYC and LA. Her autobiographical solo show Lion Eyes has been hailed as raw, theatrical, and emotionally fearless.

Named a Distinguished Alumni by the University of Iowa for excellence in the arts. Recognized for her contributions to independent film, social impact, and innovation in performance media.
