Over the last 20 years, Canadian-born David Hansen has produced a wide variety of media projects, including feature films, documentaries, television, VR, digital content and video games.
He was the creator/writer/director on the hit docu-series English Teachers, which ran internationally for three successful seasons. He also created and produced the award-winning children's series Prank Patrol. This show went on to be formatted by the BBC and ABC, and was one of top-rated children's series in Britan.
David recently co-founded the independent production company Autumn Productions Inc. alongside Johnny Mac.
Under David's guidance, Autumn's films have garnered wide-spread critical acclaim. Lovesong was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize at Sundace, and Kevin Spacey's Elvis and Nixon premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
There's more to come for Autumn Productions - 2017 will see the release of The Con is On starring Uma Thurman and Sophia Vergara and Behold Your Heart, starring Marisa Tomei as well as Simon Baker's directorial debut - Breath.
