Exclusive: Pamela Bach’s daughters, Hayley Hasselhoff and Taylor-Ann Hasselhoff, are “heartbroken” over “false and unkind stories” about their mother, and are asking that the public honor their wishes for privacy and respect as they mourn her loss following her death last week.

“In the wake of this tragedy, the family has been heartbroken to see that certain individuals have chosen to profit from their grief, spreading false and unkind stories about their mother,” read a statement provided to Deadline on behalf of the sisters by their publicist. “These actions only deepen their pain and complicate an already difficult time. The family is requesting that such misinformation cease, and that respect be shown for the memory of their mother.”

Exclusive: Departure of long-time Sony UK boss Peter Taylor prompts shake-up at studios.

The quiet retirement of long-time Sony Pictures UK MD Peter Taylor has prompted a shakeup at the top of two Hollywood studios in the UK.

Industry veteran Taylor has been replaced as MD by former Paramount Pictures UK MD Ian George.

In turn, Paramount marketing director John Fletcher has been appointed Paramount UK MD following George’s departure.

Taylor had steered Sony’s UK office for more than a decade, joining in 2006 after a two-year stint as MD of Warner Bros UK.

The studio veteran had previously worked at Columbia (and then Sony) in various roles between 1982-2004.

During his tenure as MD he oversaw huge results for the Bond franchise, including the UK’s second and third-biggest releases ever in the shape of Skyfall, which took more than £100m in 2012, and Spectre, which made £94m in 2015.

Last month, Syfy released a new trailer for their highly-anticipated sequel Sharknado: The 4th Awakens, which revealed the fate of Tara Reid's character April. The third installment ended on a cliffhanger, allowing fans to vote whether April lives or dies. Fans voted for her return. Today we have a new trailer, which features just some of the numerous cameos, along with a few Star Wars references as well.

The trailer, which debuted on YouTube today, reveals that the action has shifted to Las Vegas, and that this new Sharknado isn't the only thing Vegas residents have to worry about. We also see a number of new tornadoes, such as a "firenado," "oilnado" and a "cownado," which may be a not-so-subtle reference to the infamous cow scene in the 1996 thriller Twister. It is also revealed cities such as San Francisco, Seattle and Salt Lake City coming under attack from these inexplicable storms.
