The action movie Kill will now receive a Hollywood remake from the producers of John Wick. Kill is an Indian action movie about a pair of commandos who face a group of bandits while travelling via train to New Delhi. A relative unknown, he has burst onto the scene with his granite jaw, perfect five-o’clock shadow, and a thick head of hair that hardly bristles as he caves someone’s chest in with a powerful kick or cracks a skull with an iron fist.

Writer-director Nikhil Nagesh Bhat’s single-location actioner marks a very welcome indulgence of the time-tested “Die Hard on a Blank” trope. This film’s brutal action is entirely restricted to a moving New Dehil-bound train, the setting effectively acting as a version of Die Hard’s Nakatomi Plaza, only tipped on its side and sent rocketing through the Indian countryside. And it makes for one hell of a ride.

Kill wastes absolutely no time putting its wheels in motion. The train literally leaves the station within barely five minutes of screen time, carrying with it our dashing hero, Amrit (Lakshya), his beautiful bride-to-be, Tulika (Tanya Maniktala), and his faithful right-hand man, Viresh (Abhishek Cauhan). Lionsgate Pictures and Roadside Attractions, in collaboration with Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment, have released the first official trailer for Kill, an upcoming Indian action-thriller that has been garnering rave reviews across the globe since its debut at the Toronto International Film Festival last September.

Nikhil Nagesh Bhat (Apurva; Hurdang; The Gone Game) helmed the badass picture, which is currently boasting an impressive 100% Certified Fresh certification on review aggregator RottenTomatoes, with many comparing it favorably to the similarly-themed actioners The Raid and The Night Comes for Us. In their glowing review, Variety wrote, "As brutal a film as the country has ever produced, Kill is a shockingly graphic action showcase from an industry that typically plays violence in a more cartoony register."

The winner of celebrity dance reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ season 11, Manisha Rani, on Friday shared a clip of her unseen dance performance, grooving to the track ‘Mayya’. Social media influencer Manisha was the wildcard entrant in the show, and her choreographer was Ashutosh Pawar.

The young diva who enjoys 12.2 million followers on Instagram, shared a Reel video, wherein Manisha can be seen sensuously dancing to the track ‘Mayya’, which is sung by Maryem Tollar, Chinmayi and Keerthi Sagathia.

Amazon Freevee has released the first images of Mischa Barton in the revival of long-running Australian soap “Neighbours,” production on which started April 17 in Melbourne. The images also feature cast members Jackie Woodburne and Alan Fletcher.

The new series will premiere exclusively for free on Amazon Freevee in the U.K. and U.S. this fall and will include streaming rights to thousands of episodes from the previous seasons, which will be available prior to the new series’ premiere.
