Ad.com Interactive Media and its subsidiary Public Good have made an unsolicited $35 billion offer to Google for Chrome, the world’s most-used web browser.

The offer comes just a few days after artificial intelligence developer Perplexity made its own unsolicited bid to acquire Chrome under the auspices that Google will eventually be forced to part with the browser as part of its ongoing federal antitrust case.

Ad.com and Public Good’s bid is $500 million higher than the offer made by Perplexity, and comes at a time when the company is working to market Search.com, its new AI-powered chatbot and search engine that rewards web users with cash back when they purchase goods and services from partner advertisers.

While Ad.com and Public Good’s...

How important is your participation in Honey Trehan’s Punjab 95 to your career?

My involvement in Punjab 95 is valuable to me, both professionally and personally. I come from Haryana and Haryana comes from Punjab. In Israel For Gay Pride, Caitlyn Jenner Flees Warzone After Saying There’s ‘No Place I’d Rather Be’
Image
Caitlyn Jenner was in Tel Aviv as a guest of honor for the city’s annual gay pride festivities, which were unfortunately cancelled amid escalating conflict between Israel and Iran. Despite Jenner’s outspoken support for Israel and her delight in being there, she quickly fled the scene.

On June 13, Israel launched a series of targeted airstrikes on Tehran, which killed senior military officials and nuclear scientists, as well as destroying several Iranian nuclear facilities. In response, Iran fired ballistic missiles at major Israeli cities such as Haifa and Tel Aviv. This prompted an immediate shutdown of Israeli airspace, and on Friday, and the Israeli military warned citizens to take cover in bomb shelters, as “dozens” of Iranian ballistic missiles were headed towards Israel.

When the air strikes first started, Jenner and influencer Regev Gur took cover together. Sharing a selfie of the two, a glass of wine in Jenner’s hand,...

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Caitlyn Jenner is no stranger to controversy.

But the athlete-turned-reality-star-turned political-firebrand is receiving more criticism than usual this week thanks to her decision to travel to Israel amid ongoing strife in the Middle East.

Caitlyn flew to Tel Aviv on Thursday despite escalating tension between Israel and Iran.

She was scheduled to be the guest of honor at a Pride parade, but that event was canceled as Iran began airstrikes on the city.

Some trips are soul-searching. Others turn into something that shakes the marrow of your bones. Caitlyn Jenner’s visit to Israel quickly transformed into a confrontation with sirens, missile smoke, and the real-time horror of war.

She wasn’t there to grandstand. She came to walk in Tel Aviv’s Pride Parade and ended up live-tweeting Iranian missile attacks. And now? Has she fled the country?

Caitlyn Jenner arrived in Israel to attend the Tel Aviv Pride Month parade, scheduled for Saturday. Her presence was both personal and political: a public statement of LGBTQ+ support in the country. Cannes Review: The President’s Cake Has All The Ingredients of a Breakthrough Directorial Debut
Image
Among the best things in The President’s Cake are the colors. There’s the deep red of a rooster’s comb as it peeks out from a young girl’s carrying pouch; there’s the white decorations that adorn her uncle’s blue car; and then there is the opening vista, in which a deep evening sky is disturbed by the roar of two American fighter jets. We’re somewhere in the ’90s, the country is Iraq, and the decorations are for its president, Saddam Hussein. Soon the camera will peel away to reveal a group of villagers lining up for water. If this is the length people are going for basic requirements, you soon begin to wonder: what chance does anyone have of finding baking soda?

Hasan Hadi’s Cake premiered in Directors’ Fortnight and won the audience award. Then, at the closing weekend, it was given Cannes’ coveted...

Majrooh Sultanpuri’s Timeless Songs For Lata Mangeshkar
Image
Lataji and Majrooh Saab shared a very close friendship in real life, so much so that he wrote an entire poem on what his poetry meant when she gave voice it. It is nigh-impossible to ferret out the best of Majrooh saab with Lataji. Once, Majrooh Saab said, “Bibi ke saath—that’s what he called Lataji—mere gaane sab khaas hain kyunki woh unhe khaas bana deti hain. Halanki mere gaane aur bhi singers he saath khaas hain, lekin Bibi ke kuch zyada khaas hain.:

This achingly beautiful ballad about a couple dreaming of their first child was extra-khaas: “Nanha sa gul khilega angna, sunee baiyaan sajegi sajna, jaise khele chanda baadal mein, khelega woh tere aanchal mein….” While recording this great composition by Sachin Dev Burman, Lataji had commented, “Itne sundar shabd, wah!” Abhimaan featured other classic songs like ‘Meet na mila re man ka ‘ and ‘Piya...

‘The President’s Cake’ Review: Hasan Hadi’s Warm and Heart-Tugging Tale Sends Dutiful Kids on an Odyssey in Saddam Hussein’s Iraq
Image
Stay at a film festival long enough, and you will eventually notice certain shared themes and connective tissues between movies. Even then, the happenstance link between Hasan Hadi’s compassionate directorial debut “The President’s Cake” and Fatih Akin’s quiet epic “Amrum” is something of a shock, as both movies send their young protagonists onto grand quests to gather around basic supplies like flour, sugar, eggs and so on at times of tragic scarcity born under dictators.

Then again, as specific as this plot similarity is, perhaps its emergence shouldn’t be that much of a surprise, considering the current, war-torn state of the world that’s once again victimizing children. Filmmakers trying to navigate our present-day realities would dig into their own pasts and memories. With “The President’s Cake,” Hadi has done exactly that, closely following his lead-character Lamia.

It’s Iraq in the 1990s — as Hadi remembers it.

Saddam Hussein
The President’s Cake Review: Baking in the Shadow of Power
Saddam Hussein
In the dawn light of southern Iraq’s reed islands, the camera drifts over misty waterways, where nine-year-old Lamia navigates a fragile world. It is April 26, 1990, and two days remain until Saddam Hussein’s birthday. In a classroom ritual both bureaucratic and menacing, Lamia’s name is drawn from a tin, sealing her fate as the student tasked with baking the school’s ceremonial cake under crippling sanctions.

The film constructs its narrative with the precision of a fable, each episode unfolding like a chapter in a children’s tale warped by authoritarian absurdity. Lamia’s journey shifts between pastoral calm and urban turmoil, guided by her grandmother’s quiet resolve and accompanied by Hindi, her confidant rooster. The stakes are never abstract: flour, sugar and eggs are more precious than gold.

This opening gambit establishes the story’s dual rhythm—moments of tender lyricism interrupted by flashes of coercion.

‘The President’s Cake’ Review: Hasan Hadi’s Poignant Realist Fable Follows Two Schoolchildren Under Saddam Hussein’s Regime
Image
Lantern-lit waterways and long, thin boats used by villagers and children for trips to market and school is not an image contemporary audiences hold of Iraq, especially during the brutal regime of its notorious fifth President, Saddam Hussein. Political narratives often obscure the earthier knowledge that modern Iraq used to be Mesopotamia, considered by many as the cradle of civilization and the birthplace of the first written story in human history. The epic of Gilgamesh dwarfs any legend surrounding said dictator, whose ironclad, decades-long reign made desperate, repressed plebeians of the citizenry, and whose playbook included requiring all schools to assign a student to bake a cake to celebrate his birthday. All of this at a time when Un-backed sanctions deepened poverty and created widespread shortages of food and medicine.

Aptly then, and in the spirit of resistance, Iraqi filmmaker Hasan Hadi opens his debut feature, “The President’s Cake,” with a clairvoyant line from Gilgamesh,...

‘The President’s Cake’ Review: First-Time Iraqi Director Hasan Hadi Delivers One Of The Fest’s Genuine Gems – Cannes Film Festival
Image
Perhaps the most surprising thing about today’s world premiere of The President’s Cake in the Directors’ Fortnight section of the Cannes Film Festival is that it isn’t in the main Competition at the Grand Lumiere. It is head and shoulders above some of those films I have seen there, but no matter how you find it, this is a true gem and a real discovery from Hasan Hadi. With the right distributor, it could turn out to be Iraq’s first nominee for an Oscar. Yes, it is that good, and coming from a country that barely has movie theaters or any history of cinema, that is saying a lot. This is the first major film from Iraq ever to play in Cannes.

Set in 1990s Iraq as dictator Saddam Hussein ruled the land, this is a slice of life actually shot in the country and a...

7 K-dramas Like ‘Weak Hero Class 2’ To Binge Watch
Image
The problem with a short and sweet K-drama is that it can be devoured in one sitting and then leave you empty for days after. Of course, there isn’t really anything sweet about Weak Hero except the friendship between the kids, but you know what I mean. For many, K-dramas used to be synonymous with cringy romance and rom-coms that were “only meant for women.” However, after years of trying to sell the idea of K-dramas to a wider audience, we die-hard fans can finally breathe easy thanks to Netflix. Not only did it open doors for global K-drama lovers, but it also allowed non-fans to explore the world of K-dramas and realize that there is much more to it than they’d judged it to be. I bring this up because, for the uninitiated, the idea of an entire school-based subgenre may seem unusual, but this is a...

The Merman Trapped in My Lake

Art by R.Ppobi

Original Story by Mitchu

Servaine Noxirel grew up hearing stories from her great-grandfather—tales of the grandeur their noble house once enjoyed and the madness that ran through the bloodline. But the strangest of them all was the story of his niece, a sickly young girl who owned a merman she cherished so deeply that she trapped him in a lake to keep him all to herself. Despite apparently bearing a striking resemblance to her and being named after her, Servaine dismisses this story about her great-aunt as nothing more than a fairy tale. That is, until she meets the merman who believes his Servaine finally came back for him after a hundred years. But has he been waiting all this time because of love? Or for revenge…?

The Merman Trapped in My Lake is an ongoing dramatic romantasy manhwa...

Documentary Analysis: The Bibi Files (2024) by Alexis Bloom
Image
“The Bibi Files” is, by nature, a controversial documentary detailing the context of the Netanyahu-Elovitch-Moses ongoing trial, directly involving Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu, the current Prime Minister of Israel. The film’s motive is the anonymous leak of over a thousand hours of police interrogation footage. As per today, March 2025, Bibi is still facing the possibility of a 10-year prison sentence while he is leading a country said to be at war following the Hamas October 7 terrorist attack. Would it be necessary to clarify it, we shall limit ourselves to strictly present the facts and assumptions shown in the documentary, refraining editorializing.

‘Holding Liat’ Review: Emotional Darren Aronofsky-Produced Israeli Hostage Doc Doesn’t Shy Away From a Complex Situation
Image
It’s impossible to know how you would react if a major historical tragedy were to befall your family. Would you tune everything out to focus entirely on your personal misfortunes, doing all you can to make things better for your loved ones? Or would you also try, if the circumstance permitted, to see things within a broader context, questioning how such a tragedy managed to happen in the first place?

This is the dilemma at the heart of the politically potent and emotionally gripping new documentary Holding Liat, which follows two elderly parents facing the kidnapping of their daughter during the Hamas attack of October 7th, 2023. Offering a rare look at all the backdoor lobbying, moral questioning and endless waiting involved in an affair that lasted for nearly two months, director Brandon Kramer does an impressive job revealing the personal and geopolitical aspects of a heartbreaking true story.

Bam! Review: Jordan Tragash’s Inspiring Indie Debut
Image
Bam! debuts from writer-director Jordan Tragash as a queer comedy-drama about gig economy workers in Chicago. The film examines resilience and the creation of chosen families through a comedic lens while maintaining its emotional depth. This independent production stands apart from mainstream franchise films with its raw, scrappy style, celebrating its imperfections.

The overlapping stories show a generation balancing financial instability with human connection. Auggie, a nonbinary bike courier delivering sex toys, lives in a storage unit. Their path crosses with Eve, another courier radiating charisma, and two roommates running a drug operation. These characters form bonds of urban survival and unexpected friendship.

The film mixes humor with sensitive observations about belonging in an often hostile environment. Light moments blend with quiet reflection, creating a story both entertaining and contemplative.

K-Pop In ‘Xo, Kitty’ Season 2 And Their Significance
Image
One of the many reasons Xo, Kitty is all the rage is because K-culture fans get to live their Korean fantasies through Kitty Song Covey’s story. This includes, but isn’t limited to, being surrounded by beautiful Korean people, experiencing the culture, and living your life to a K-pop soundtrack. You know I needed something to get into the topic of today’s discussion! Anyway, while a lot of the music on the show is quite random, some of it is very strategically placed specifically with context to the show. Of course, that one Enhypen song is the most obvious choice for this season, almost like it was specifically written to shine in this moment. But, leaving that aside, I thought this would be a great opportunity to inspect something that doesn’t need inspecting and try to put reason to something that’s perfectly wholesome by itself, just because I can.

Hollywood Reacts to Israel-Hamas Ceasefire Deal, Hostage Release
Image
Israel and Hamas have agreed to the terms of a ceasefire deal that was confirmed on Wednesday, a historic agreement expected to pause fighting in the Gaza Strip and allow the phased release of Israeli hostages held in the region.

As the devastating wildfires continue to burn across Los Angeles, some Hollywood figures have taken to their social media to react to the long-awaited ceasefire deal.

Comedian and actor Michael Rapaport, a key supporter of Israel during the Gaza conflict, in a post on X, urged the return of Israeli hostages held by Hamas in Gaza as he wrote: “All Of Them @bringhomenow.” His post included a photo collage of Israeli hostages, some of whom are expected to be freed as part of the deal.

Jack & Jill creator Randi Mayem Singer, on her Bluesky account, tied in the continuing Los Angeles fire tragedy when she wrote of the three-phase deal:...

‘Bibi’ Movie Ending Explained: Is Vivian Dead Or Alive?
Image
Bibi is the story of a grieving woman who is constantly threatened by a strange figure. However, she does not realize until too late that she is actually threatened by her own acts. The film utilizes the trope of the unreliable narrator. Her account of her harrowing story is severely distorted due to her mental state. The unreliability keeps us from getting to the objective truth till the very end. The film’s surrealism is a reflection of the downward spiral of the central protagonist’s mind.

Spoilers Ahead

What Happens In The Film?

The film Bibi is set in a Victorian mansion. Vivian is distraught by a dream where a young girl leads her to a horse stable and hastily sketches a frightening image. A Bad Sisters season 3 seems unlikely, and that's exactly what we need
Image
The Bad Sisters season 2 finale is now streaming, and the mystery around Grace’s death and what happened the night of her crash has been revealed. Just as last week’s episode showed, Ian is the one behind everything. Now with the end here, we’re thinking about whether a third season should happen. Spoilers from the last episode below.

At the time of this writing, Bad Sisters has not been renewed or cancelled by Apple TV+. So it’s unknown if a season 3 is in store. If you want my opinion, I don’t think a third season is necessary, especially with the way the second season ended. It felt like a pretty satisfying finale.

By the end, Houlihan and Loftus decide to turn a blind eye to the fact that the Garvey sisters were going to hide Ian’s death and threw him off a cliff. And they...

The Bad Sisters season 2 finale comes to a good enough end (Episode 8 review and ending explained)
Image
Well, we've reached the end of Bad Sisters season 2 and it was a finale that definitely wrapped up the storyline. Not to be a negative nancy, but I was ready for the show to be over and I think the story has come to a satisfying enough conclusion for us fans. And yes. Even though this season wasn't a favorite of mine, I am still a fan of the show. Alright, let's get into our review of season 2 episode 8, "Cliff Hanger." Spoilers Below.

Courtesy: Apple TV+

I had a feeling it was coming, so I appreciated seeing the missing parts of the fateful night Grace died from her perspective and what kind of lead to her accident. She was in a very fragile and bad state, especially with the prick Ian blackmailing her for money. She does find out he's married and has another identity. And his true colors come out.

‘Bad Sisters’ Creator Sharon Horgan Plans To Bring Julia May Jonas’ ‘Vladimir’ Adaptation To Screen
Image
Though the story of the Bad Sisters on Apple TV+ may be over following the Season 2 finale on Christmas Day, creator Sharon Horgan is already working on another project.

During an interview for Bustle’s “One Nightstand,” Horgan revealed her hopes to bring an adaptation of Vladimir by Julia May Jonas to the screen. Jonas sought out Horgan.

“I was making Bad Sisters and had no headspace whatsoever, and Julia hadn’t written a screenplay before… so it was sent to me as a sort of, ‘Is this something we could do together?’” Horgan told Bustle. “And I was like, ‘No, no, no, I just don’t have time.’ Then they said, ‘Just read the first chapter.’ So I read the first chapter and then I just made time.”

The book tells the story of a college professor who cultivates an obsession with a new faculty member on campus after...

Bad Sisters season 2 finale preview hints at answers to Grace's death
Image
** Update: Apple TV+ has released the Bad Sisters season 2 finale early and the episode is now streaming. **

It certainly went by quickly, but it's time for the Bad Sisters season 2 finale this week. The Garveys have found out that Ian is a conman, and he's basically the one behind Grace's nerves the night she died. Poor Grace. She just does not have any good luck with men. So when can you start watching the final episode?

Bad Sisters season 2 episode 8, aka the season finale, premieres Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024 starting at 12 a.m. Et on Apple TV+. You might want to get a head start on it if you're staying up late on Tuesday night because with the Christmas festivities, it might be hard to make time to watch the finale. Here's the release times below:

East coast: 12 a.m. Et on Wednesday, Dec. 25West Coast: 9 p.m. Pt on Tuesday, Dec.

‘Bad Sisters’ Season 2 Episode 8 Recap: What Did Houlihan Do?
Image
Bad Sisters season 2’s finale feels like a proper series finale because despite the episode being called “Cliff Hanger,” there isn’t one at the end of it. Of course, I love this season, but I’m also wondering, “If this had to be continued, how could it be done?” We can’t just have the Garveys kill more and more unpleasant men, can we? But I digress. The season finale answers all our questions (and Angelica’s prayers), because we finally know what happened with Grace on the night she died. On the other hand, this episode is packed with laughs and drama, and I think it might be one of my favorite episodes of the show. Additionally, I’m not one to spoil myself by watching the title credits, but if you watch closely, there are clues to everything that happens in the series, which is great for...

‘Bad Sisters’ Season 2 Ending Explained & Finale Recap: Is Ian Riley Dead Or Alive?
Image
I know some of y’all had your doubts about whether Ian was actually bad or if he was going to turn out a red herring, but this is Bad Sisters we’re talking about. The real debate was whether Angelica was actually on the side of the Garveys or not, and it’s safe to say at the end of the show that she did in fact love Grace and does care for Bla too. Guess the God-fearing woman always knew that Riley had some sort of darkness to him, and maybe she was trying in her own way to warn the girls about Eva being in danger, but it just came out as internalized misogyny. Also, watching the opening credits after having watched the whole show, I realize there are clues for every single crazy thing that happens on the show. So if you’re one of those smart clue finders,...

Image
Spoiler Alert: This article contains major spoilers from Season 2, Episode 8 of “Bad Sisters,” now streaming on Apple TV+.

Trust “Bad Sisters” showrunner and actor Sharon Horgan to finish the second season of the hit Apple TV+ series with a literal cliffhanger (which happens to be also be titled “Cliff Hanger.”)

In the eighth and final episode of the season, the surviving Garvey sisters — Eva (Horgan), Bibi (Sarah Greene), Ursula (Eva Birthistle) and Becka (Eve Hewson) — find themselves once again dealing with a dead body after Angelica (Fiona Shaw) thwacks abusive conman Ian (Owen McDonnell) over the head, and leaves him apparently dying in a pool of blood.

Deciding to dispose of Ian’s corpse, the sisters load him into the trunk of their car and plan to throw him off the side of the cliff — but when they reach their destination, it turns out he’s not as dead as they thought.

Alex Gibney Accuses BBC Of “Bending Knee” To Benjamin Netanyahu By Rejecting ‘The Bibi Files’
Image
Alex Gibney, the Oscar-winning documentary filmmaker, has attacked the BBC after claiming the British broadcaster rejected his Benjamin Netanyahu exposé The Bibi Files.

The Going Clear director accused the BBC of bending the knee to the Israeli prime minister in its coverage of the war in Gaza.

He produced The Bibi Files, which draws upon leaked videos of the police interrogation of Netanyahu on charges that he accepted gifts worth tens of thousands of dollars in exchange for political favors.

Netanyahu attempted to block the feature’s release, according to the filmmakers, which include director Alexis Bloom (Divide and Conquer: The Story of Roger Ailes).

“BBC won’t show “The Bibi Files” because it is critical of Netanyahu. Israelis in film accuse him of prosecuting an endless brutal war in Gaza to avoid bribery conviction,” Gibney said on X/Twitter. “BBC doesn’t want to allow that Pov on TV.

Bad Sisters season 2 episode 7 features another boring chase (Review)
Image
Ugh, honestly you guys. You have no idea how much it hurts my heart to feel this way about Bad Sisters season 2. The first season was so good and it became one of my favorite shows. But I have to tell you. This time around, I'm not really feeling it. And unfortunately season 2 episode 7, "How to Pick a Prick" didn't manage to change my mind. Here's our review of this week's episode of the Apple TV+ series. Spoilers Below.

Courtesy: Apple TV+

So it does turn out that Ian is a conman and a liar who had something to hide. And we basically jump right into that in this episode. He's gone and withdrawn all of Blánaid's inheritance money and transferred it to another account, his. He's a sleaze and goes to turn in the footage of Bibi, Ursula, and Becka at the docks with Angelica. This makes it seem...

Bad Sisters season 2 episode 7 preview: "How to Pick a Prick"
Image
Last week's episode of Bad Sisters season 2 wasn't a favorite of mine. Frankly, it was a bit boring for me. I'm really hoping as this week is the penultimate episode of the season, the story is going to pick back up in an intriguing way. So when can you start tuning in and what can we expect? Read on below for the details!

Bad Sisters season 2 episode 7, "How to Pick a Prick," drops Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024 at 12 a.m. Et on Apple TV+. Of course those of us who watched season 1 know that the Garvey sisters called Grace's first husband, John Paul, the Prick. Who could the title be talking about this time? Ian, Angelica, or someone else? Angelica's name has been a Wagon, so.... We'll find out soon! Here's a list of release times below:

If You Love 'Bad Sisters,' Watch This Dysfunctional Dramedy Series on Streaming
Image
From Gilmore Girls to Shrinking, there's just something so enjoyable about family-focused dramedies, and television serves as the perfect medium to explore these relationships in new and emotional ways. Apple TV+'s Bad Sisters takes this concept to the next level with its portrayal of the relationship between the five Garvey sisters, Eva (Sharon Horgan), Grace (Anne-Marie Duff), Ursula (Eva Birthistle), Bibi (Sarah Greene), and Becka (Eve Hewson). Due to losing their parents at a young age, the sisters are especially close-knit.

'The Bibi Files' Review | Judging Netanyahu
Image
There are myriad differences between Israeli politics and the Jewish faith. That seems to be the necessary caveat one must make when criticizing the government of Israel these days. After all, the U.S. Congress passed a bill expanding the definition of antisemitism to include any critique “of the state of Israel, conceived as a Jewish collectivity.” Fortunately, H.R. 6090 hasn't been taken up in the Senate, otherwise an article like this, or perhaps even a documentary like The Bibi Files, could not be distributed. This is just another step in the increasing lawlessness of the Israeli government, personified by its long-time on-and-off Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.

If you don't know much about the political figure, The Bibi Files is an excellent, if understandably biased, introduction. Even if you're quite aware of the Netanyahu family, The Bibi Files is a revelation, because it shows interrogation footage of Benjamin (known as Bibi), his third wife Sara,...

‘Bad Sisters’ Creator Sharon Horgan Talks That “Brutal” Season 2 Death And Thoughts About A Season 3
Image
Spoiler Alert: This piece contains spoilers for all six episodes of Bad Sisters that are available to stream on Apple TV+ thus far.

Apple TV+’s Bad Sisters has two episodes left to go in its second season, which involves several new wild card characters in a murder mystery different from that of Season 1.

Two years after the first season of the dark comedy, Grace Williams (Anne-Marie Duff) (née Grace Garvey and soon-to-be Reilly) has found a new love, but traces of her dead husband John Paul (Claes Bang), who the other four Garvey sisters call “The Prick,” still threaten to overturn the peace that the five siblings, particularly Grace, have found since his death, which drove the plot of the first season.

Creator Sharon Horgan, who stars as eldest Garvey sister Eva, spoke in the below interview with Deadline about shaping Season 2, the tragic death early on in the...

Bad Sisters season 2 episode 6 feels like a filler episode (Review)
Image
We're heading towards the Bad Sisters season 2 finale as there's now only two more episodes left! There's quite a bit that's happened in the last few episodes. And yet, it kind of also feels like not much did. Especially this week in season 2 episode 6, "Who By Water," on Apple TV+. Here's our review. Spoilers Below.

Courtesy: Apple TV+

So the show starts off with the aftermath of Angelica hitting her head and falling overboard. Despite Becka, Bibi, and Ursula's attempts, they can't find her anywhere. We do see a shot of Angelica floating unconciously. But that's all. However, if there's no funeral like Grace or we don't see a body, I'm not going to believe she's dead. Because sometimes, shows like to play tricks like this on us viewers.

Most of the episode focuses on the Garvey sisters having to clean up the mess they left behind when it comes to Angelica,...

‘Bad Sisters’ Season 2 Episode 6 Recap & Ending Explained: Will Houlihan Arrest The Right Person?
Image
I always knew Ian was a bad egg, and I did say things were going to get messy soon because of his situation with Eva, and that’s exactly what’s happened. With only 2 episodes left in the series, we’re getting closer to finding out what happened in the first scene of the season. I suppose there are two options for who’s in the trunk of the car; it’s either Ian or Roger. I don’t know why it would be Roger, but let’s just say it’s a hunch. Either way, Ian’s the more likely candidate, unless they’re trying to sneak Blanaid somewhere, but that’s highly unlikely. In Bad Sisters season 2, episode 6, Bibi starts to notice there’s something odd about Ian, but I have an uncanny feeling that it’s a bit too late already. Anyway, let’s jump into the...

Bad Sisters season 2 episode 6 preview: Is Angelica really dead?
Image
These poor Garvey sisters keep falling into more and more trouble as the Bad Sisters season 2 episodes go on. The end of last week's episode ended on a major cliffhanger, with Angelica getting hit in the head while she, Ursula, Becka, and Bibi were on the boat to scatter Grace's ashes. She falls overboard and the girls can't find her. So, is she really dead?

This is now the second time the second season of the Apple TV+ series makes us ask this very question. First it was Grace, which unfortunately is true, and now Angelica. Though if this church lady really is gone, I for one will not mourn her. Well, we should get a definitive answer in this week's episode. So when can you tune in?

Bad Sisters season 2 episode 6, "Who By Water," begins streaming Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024 on Apple TV+. Those of you living on the west coast...

Bad Sisters season 2 episode 5 could have been more effective (Review)
Image
Bad Sisters season 2 episode 5 continues to build up the pressure the Garvey sisters are under, and the title of the episode being "Boom," really does fit. Here's our review of the latest episode of the Apple TV+ series. Spoilers Below.

Courtesy: Apple TV+

It's Eva's 50th birthday, which is a bittersweet time for hitting such a milestone. And it's extra emotional since Grace is gone and not with them this year. We tend to remember and think about the people we love and lost the most around holidays and birthdays. And Grace's death is still very recent.

She was a great sister and thought ahead, purchasing a karaoke machine for Eva's birthday which gets delivered. That scene with the four of them singing is a mix of funny, sad, and sweet. They've been through so much, but the loss of Grace is definitely the hardest.

Blánaid is being really difficult with Eva.

‘Bad Sisters’ Season 2 Episode 5 Recap & Ending Explained: Does Eva Find Blanaid?
Image
Episode 5 of Bad Sisters season 2 is a bit of a slow burn until something unexpected happens. I guess this could describe many of its episodes in the past; however, I think the second season has been moving really fast. All this while we’ve been pushed to think Angelica’s the big villain of this season, but now we might have to look in a different direction. While I don’t think Angelica is a saint, I also don’t think she’s inherently bad; she might just be a bit overbearing. Ian, on the other hand, does seem a bit off and might be our real bad guy here, but we really can’t tell with this show. In episode 5, Eva turns 50, and though it’s a time of grief, at least there’s a party in town. Also, I’ve never spoken about Houlihan’s comic timing, but really,...
