"We’ll See How The Community Heals": Stephanie Arcila's Fire Country Co-Stars React To Gabriela's Looming Exit
Image
Fire Country stars react to Stephanie Arcila's unexpected departure, and how this will impact Gabriela's impending exit. It has been confirmed that Arcila will unexpectedly not return for Fire Country season 4, despite her character having no exit storyline, even among season 3's cliffhanger ending. Gabriela's stalker story came to a conclusion, with crazed stalker Finn attacking her, before being shot by Audrey, but there is no indicator that she will get an exit story.

TV Line interviewed cast members Kevin Alejandro, Diane Farr, and Jules Latimer at a CBS red carpet event, and asked about why Gabriela will suddenly be missing in Fire Country season 4, and if they'd heard anything. Alejandro revealed that it is a mystery to the rest of the cast, and that the community will need to heal, stating the theme of the show is about family. Farr also revealed that Arcila will be invited back at some point.

"Our Show Is About Community and Redemption": 'Fire Country' Cast Doesn't Know How Gabriela Will Be Written Out of Season 4
Image
As Fire Country fans anticipate the premiere of Season 4, there is some sad news to contend with. Billy Burke and Stephanie Arcilawon't return as series regulars. With the former, the Season 3 finale hinted at a potential exit storyline, but with Arcila's Gabriela, no such storyline was introduced. The news of Arcila's impending departure was "such a shocker," her costar Kevin Alejandro told TV Line. And regarding how she'll be written out? “Honestly, it’s a mystery to all of us,” Alejandro said. “The finale ends with so many questions… anything in the universe could happen [with Gabriela],” he added.

"I just know that the presence will be missed, and we’ll see how the community heals [from the Zebel Ridge fire],” the actor continued. "Our show is about community and redemption and getting through circumstances together, and I feel that as a cast and as a show, we’re going to do that.” Diane Farr remained strengthened...

Fire Country Season 4: It’s a ‘Mystery’ How Gabriela Will Be Written Out, Say Co-Stars — Watch

Stephanie Arcila’s Fire Country co-stars agree: “It’s a shocker” that she is not returning as a series regular for Season 4 — especially since no exit storyline was even hinted at in last month’s otherwise cliffhanger-filled finale.

Working the red carpet at CBS’ recent schedule-reveal shindig, TVLine asked Kevin Alejandro, Diane Farr and Jules Latimer if they had heard anything — or had theories — on why Gabby will suddenly be missing from Edgewater when Season 4 arrives this fall.

Image
With the dust fully settled on Season 2 of Arcane, the door is wide open for more of the League of Legends world to be explored on screen. Shortly after the second and final run premiered on Netflix, showrunner and co-creator Christian Linke told Collider that the acclaimed series, following the tragic story of sisters Vi (Hailee Steinfeld) and Jinx (Ella Purnell), was just the beginning of the team's plans to bring more of Riot Games' champions and regions to life. Half a year later, he's not ready to say what exactly any potential projects could look like, but he could offer a bit of insight into where they are in terms of deciding what comes next. In a wider interview with Collider's Laura Adams reflecting on the finale and the series as a whole, he shined a light on how the follow-ups to Arcane will give other artists a chance...

Say Goodbye to Another TV Family as NBC Cancels Fan-Favorite Sitcom After 3 Seasons
Image
George Lopez’s latest sitcom, Lopez vs. Lopez, will not be getting a fourth season. The fan-favorite show was canceled at NBC, per Deadline, and is the latest sitcom to get the axe this year. ABC’s The Connersalso ended its run this spring.

The news of Lopez vs. Lopez’s cancelation came at NBC’s network upfronts, which also included an announcement that Night Court is also not being renewed. Both shows had been on the “bubble” at the network. The sitcom, starring George Lopez, Mayan Lopez, Matt Shively, Bruce Gonzalez, Selenis Leyva, and Al Madrigal had the distinction of being one of the first network comedies that featured a Latino family as a dysfunctional one, a-la Roseanne.

The similarities between Roseanne, The Conners, and Lopez vs. Lopez were likely not coincidental, as Bruce Helford, who helmed the two classic sitcoms, also served as an executive producer on Lopez vs.

Fire Country spoilers suggest that Gabriella Perez (Stephanie Arcila) will be leaving Edgewater after being stalked by Finn (Blake Lee).

The following contains spoilers from the Season 3 finale of CBS’ Fire Country.

Though the Fire Country Season 3 finale on Friday night left viewers with a number of cliffhangers, the fate of Stephanie Arcila’s Gabriela did not figure into any of them. The first hour did hint that Gabby had shot almost-beau turned stalker Finn, which at the very least could have raised questions of “self-defense,” but soon enough it was revealed that ex-con Audrey (Leven Rambin) had instead pulled the trigger, to protect her friend.

‘Fire Country’ Shocker: Two Original Cast Members Leaving CBS Drama After 3 Seasons
Image
Spoiler Alert: The story includes details about the two-part Season 3 finale of CBS’ Fire Country, “A Change In the Wild” and “I’d Do It Again.”

Exclusive: Three seasons in, CBS’ Fire Country is shaking things up. After keeping its original seven-member main cast intact since the pilot — something extremely rare these days — the firefighter drama will head into its fourth season without two of them, sources tell Deadline.

The series had been setting up a possible exit for Jordan Calloway, whose ambitious Station 42 Captain Jake Crawford had given a two-week notice in pursuit of better career opportunities elsewhere. Instead, sources tell Deadline it will be Stephanie Arcila, who plays firefighter, paramedic and Bode Leone’s (Max Thieriot) on- and off- love interest Gabriela Perez, and Billy Burke, who portrays Jake’s boss and Bode’s father, Cal Fire Battalion Chief Vince Leone, who will be leaving the series.

In an exclusive interview with Deadline,...

Fire Country Manny And Renee New Hot Romance!
Image
Fire Country spoilers suggest that Manny Perez (Kevin Alejandro) may have changed his mind about flipping on his NDA, but he may have found something much more important in Renee Dwyer (Constance Zimmer).

Manny originally planned to flip on his NDA because of the injuries sustained by the inmates at Cal Fire. Did he find more than an attorney in Renee?

Manny Perez Is Unlucky In Love

Manny certainly doesn’t have any glowing reviews when it comes to his love life. Gabi’s mother was a complete bust when they were together. Manny’s girlfriend on the show used him against his friends and coworkers.

Now Renee wanted Manny to ignore his NDA and get the inmates from Cal Fire to flip as well. However, Manny and Bode Leone (Max Thieriot) couldn’t pull that off.

However, it seems that Renee is quite impressed with Manny and let him...

Should Fire Country Manny Have Signed The NDA Agreement?
Image
Fire Country spoilers reveal that Sharon Leone (Diane Farr) has managed to save Three Rock and to get Manny Perez (Kevin Alejandro) his freedom.

However, even though he almost died, Manny had to sign an NDA to make this happen. Unfortunately, Manny wasn’t the only one.

One man from Three Rock died before Manny got sick. Another died at another camp and no one is being held responsible.

Manny Perez Deserved Compensation

Manny was almost killed by pesticides dumped by a company that seeped into the well at Three Rock. The water has recently been tested before the dump so the company was clearly at fault.

However, what as the point in pushing them to reopen Three Rock or help Manny when they are free to keep doing the same thing?

The Company that dumped the pesticides didn’t have to admit to anything. They weren’t forced to stop dumping anything.

Max Thieriot shared that the last three episodes of Fire Country Season 3 are going to be intense for Bode and Gabriela (Stephanie Arcila). Two weeks after that is the two-part finale, the first hour of which — with a fire erupting at a gas station and Bode and Manny (Kevin Alejandro) jumping into action — was directed by Thieriot himself. Then in the conclusion, extremely high winds and dangerous conditions push the Zebel Ridge fire into Edgewater, threatening Three Rock and Walter’s (Jeff Fahey) care facility. Below, Thieriot previews the remaining episodes of Season 3 and how the finale will leave Bode. Talk about bringing in Jelly Roll.

Image
"Why have you been associating with known criminals?" That was the ominous question Bode's (Max Thieriot) parole officer posed to him in Fire Country Season 3, Episode 15. His answer could dramatically change his future. Associating with known criminals is one of the easiest ways an ex-con on parole can return to prison. Theriot talked to TV Insider about what's on the horizon for the character and the show as the season finale approaches. Bode's association with sketchy figures could be his undoing, but lucky for him, the Po doesn't have the full picture. "His P.O. doesn’t know the extent of the extent of what he’s doing and what this association is," said Thieriot. But, "given the nature of what he’s doing and who he’s associating with could lead right back to prison for Bode," he added. This is a grim diagnosis for the character, but...
